Just left the Navy Federal Credit Union today trying to open up an Account for my daughter. When I tell you the customer service was horrible believe me it was The Worst Experience I ever experienced. Me being lover because I do understand people either been through something or going through something a simple Hi from the person who was assisting me would have been OK along with a smile. It only takes a few seconds. Never again will I come back or recommend people to this branch. BEWARE

It was after hours and the drive thru ATM was out of order. Other than that lighting was good and they had an inside ATM

Went in this location to get a cashiers check and do a withdrawal. The young lady asked for my ID. I only have this acct so I can have a place to deposit checks and get cash while in TX.Gave her my ID. She said she needed to take my ID to the back to verify my ID. I asked why did she need to do that. I had given her my last 4 of SSN, phone number and you have my ID. I've been to several Navy Federal banks and never had this to happen but ok. She was gone for a while. I said man she's been gone for a minute. As I'm saying that she walks out and I say to her man I was just saying you've been gone for a while with my ID? She then goes into you have an out of state ID. Let me say at this point I had an out of state driver's license when I started the account in TX while on active duty. But OK. So I'm asking her questions about the process and she seemed annoyed with my questioning. I'm telling her I'm trying to understand the process.. She rolls her eyes and continues to type on the computer. Now I'm pissed. I say to her listen you don't have to roll your eyes. She says she's not BUT I'm looking at you. She tells me she's not going to finish my transaction. Ok cool...I don't want you to. I ask her for a manager. She totally ignore me. The other lady next to her points to the manager. I speak to the manager who assures me that she will speak to this young lady.Bottom line. I know about procedures and what you may have to do but when I'm asking you questions to understand YOUR BANKS procedures why are you getting an attitude. I started to shut down the acct BUT she won't have her job long if asking questions annoys her. I won't put her name but I'm sitting in the parking lot now writing this. And she is the 3rd teller from the left. Today is 9/27/2023 @ approximately 1:15pm. Did I mention after talking to the mgr I had to stand back in line to get my transaction done. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because the young lady that helped me afterward was really sweet and was the one who pointed out the mgr for me.

Horrible customer service. This branch will say and do anything to try to keep you from receiving service inside of the branch. The greeter Ruby is a liar. They over complicate simple processes. If you can go to a different branch PLEASE DO SO! Management is rude and inconsiderate

This was my first time there at the location. The people and staff was on point very friendly and helpful. My teller told me how to get my card the same day ! That's awesome

This place is horrible!!! My ex forged my name on some insurance checks with both of our names on them and he cashed them at this branch location. I filed a police report and a detective is investigating this issue. I spoke with the manager and she upheld his decision to fraudulently forge my name. This place should be closed down. What about my rights? I was told I had none since I don’t bank there…like really??????

I visited this location once, and had a great experience. I had to submit some legal information on behalf of my father, and without any complications, it were fairly smoothly. I was surprised at how busy they where when first opening, but I suppose with any credit union, the mornings can be that way. The reason I chose Navy, was due to the lack of availability when it comes to USAA. There were times I needed to deposit a check and the app was down, or deposit a check that exceeded my deposit limit and was stuck. In those cases, I needed a close branch, or trust the postal service to not lose a check that needed to be deposited. I'd rather not be in that position again. I still maintain my business with USAA, but for some of my banking, I use Navy.

Absolute worst branch I've ever dealt with. I had a cashiers check sent to this branch and I get off at 5 and raced across town to make it before 530. I got there at 531 and all they had to do was hand me my check but refused. I also called the branch at 515 while on the way but no one would answer my call and remained on hold the entire time. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
