This is the worst Nordstrom Rack in the metroplex. The inventory is subpar to the Plano and Frisco stores.

Have many items in stock but shoe section seems little disorganized. The staff is nice and overall appearance of the store is gloomy. The products are well labeled and the checkout line is not big. The mall can be accessible from this store. Nordstrom’s rack always provides budget friendly designer things which people can afford.

Came in to shop, got lucky and found NQC tags. Their sale at the moment is 40% off sweaters, we had two sweaters and apparently they can’t give markdown on NQC tags but the park lane store in Dallas and every other Nordstrom rack can? Apparently their store has different rules than the other? Laughable, the fact the nice racks in a better areas will honor discounts but this one can’t? Sure keep your NQC tag from last year, don’t clear out your items and stay stale. Maybe read up on your hand book and talk to the district manager if you don’t know. This store needs to go.

This is one of my all time favorite stores. The selection you have is amazing. You can shop name brands for an incredibly affordable price.
The purse, shoes and makeup are my go to selections of the store that can keep my attention for hours.

YOU CAN RETURN COSMETICS ITEMS!!
Don’t believe that nonsense!
On the Nordstrom rack website it clearly says they allow returns as long as the item is never opened.
They are going against store policy!
I was only able to return my item by going to customer service online.

Beware! Avoid ordering online, they use cheap unknown delivery companies, that deliver to your home in the middle of the night, (11:18 pm).
The driver drove through my flowerbed, smashing the stones down into the dirt, and breaking the sprinkler line. Thankful for my cameras.
When I contacted Nordstroms, they just passed me on to some generic delivery outfit. That company has now done ZERO to resolve the issue. I've been getting the run around for 5 weeks now. No responsibility!
