I was just there to get a customized stamp. I waited 35 minutes. No customer service at all. I was not even asked if I needed anything or if I was looking for something. But, I was standing right in front of the register like if I wasn't there. I know I wasn't Casper I'm standing right there. Don't waste your time do not go there! I'd rather take my business elsewhere!!!

This store is too busy or understaffed to support working people. It takes too long for simple print/fax jobs.

If you need a copy, or an expensive chair, this is the place. If you need a little more help getting a tailored experience, you should go somewhere else.

Too slow at the printing area. They had one guy working the counter with 6 people in line and one person had 20 things to print and I'm usually patient but I had to get a print out quick for class.

Very bad experience, I registered to have them help me send a fax, I sent by email what I needed to send but according to this man I couldn't find it, he decided to continue serving more people without trying to look for my email, so he spent 1 hour leaving me for later until Erika arrived to assist me. Then he left me with him and he continued serving more people, leaving me for later. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THIS LORD. (Erika was very kind)

Ben is too slow he made me miss an appointment 20 minutes waiting and then say that he had to register in the machine then 30 more minutes just for one person ahead it's incredible nothing good

Ordered (2) poster prints on foam board for display. The prints were a day late, I had to wait for them to be printed as I waited in store and the quality was awful for paying $189

The worst service today I was there to pick up an order and it was impossible for me since the gentleman who was attending the cash register was talking for more than 20 minutes I will cancel my order

Went here to get some basic office supplies for my home office, and was stuck in line for almost 20 minutes because they had 1 checkout line open. The staff, bless their hearts, look completely miserable as well, and I ended up finding the supplies I needed, same brand and all, for much much cheaper elsewhere.

Em and Josh were amazing. They offered great customer service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. The location is not close to me, however I’m willing to drive all the way to this location because of the service.

Lately the office depot team has lost what it previously had in terms of quality and friendliness in service, especially in this store. I think I arrived very early and it seems that it was not organized, nor the team in their respective positions, nor enough employees for all the people who came in the same time (aprox. 20 I was going to make some especial color ( laminated) copies and better I just went in to buy (for an emergency) what I needed and I left disappointed without being able to solve it, they sent me to pay even though I told the person in charge of the printing department that I needed a service, I wanted to ask about some printing machine ( no one to ask) this type of problem makes one feel unappreciated and is going to make everything become robotic and cold where are those smiling employees who used to welcome you? then because it's better to order on Amazon and it's the same thing..
