I was helped by Uros the clerk at the printing shop at the back of the store. He was so professional, helpful and kind. It made the whole experience feel like smooth sailing! Thank you Uros and thank you OfficeMax for employing staff like him!!

I turned in 10 ink cartridges for their cartridge recycling program, purchased at least $10 in qualifying purchases within the same month (actually the same day) to receive a $20 reward and 14 days later I still don't have a $20 reward posted to my account. The staff at the S. Arlington TX location was unable to rectify the situation & said to not blame them for corporate's issues. Not good business Office Depot/OfficeMax.

Drive the extra to a different location or try staples. It's worth it. Went in today to get books bound for a training presentation. The guy at the print counter told us it would be a rush fee to be able to get them done by Tuesday (it's Saturday mid day) was dismissive, not helpful and frankly kind of rude. Store looks run down and it's hard to find what you are looking for. Went to a different location and they were super helpful and nice even on a busy Saturday.

Uros! Simply Uros! He was the employee running the print dept at this location and he is absolutely phenomenal! I never see someone multi-task so seemlessly and efficiently! I watched him handle every single customer’s need without missing a beat! He took care of what I needed and beyond and his customer service is exceptional!! I’m going to keep coming to this particular store because of him!

Store is old and outdated looking, and I was charged way too much for one b&w copy, which was emailed to the associate (close to $3).

I love the wonderful customer service that I always received by Tristen!!! Everytime I stop by when I need help faxing or printing a document, Tristen always treats me with VIP service! I love the welcome! Tristen not only treats me like with awesome customer service, I have witness him do EACH customer as well. I tell you what! Tristen, thank you for putting a smile on my face and welcoming me everytime I came to the store! Thank you🙏
Update. Who hired this no customer service experience Manager this young lady she is Hispanic with hair passed her shoulders! She is just RUDE and thinks it's okay to be having a whole conversation on the phone while her team member has a whole line of customers.
Office Depot if your readings this! Replace her asap.

This review is for Maxie, the GM at the Fort Worth, Texas OfficeMax store on University Boulevard.
Maxie will suggest the best product at the least cost without sacrificing quality. She saves me a lot of time that I would waste wandering around searching for items myself. I appreciate anybody who saves me time and money. Shop at this OfficeMax location and experience Maxie's service for yourself.

Lady in the print center was very rude turning us away at the print center, offering no clear explanation just stating “we don’t do those here” in a tone we didn’t appreciate and no explanation what so ever.
The only reason Im giving them a good review with 4 stars is as we approached another team member about it she assisted us and was able to give us a explanation on what happened and the changes made to the store policy and why. We appreciated her for that and now understood why we were just told we couldn’t do it here, with no reason. But she assisted us and let us know! Thank you for that, I don’t know her name but she had glasses on and was working 9/21 around 2:30pm! Thank you 🙏🏽:)

Store is empty, shelves have minimal inventory, and taking an item to Fed Ex counter takes 20+ minutes with a rude guy who does not know how to smile or say thank you.

Professional work - so easy! Sent a large 100+ page file emailed, duplicated, bound, and ready on time, and easy to pick up! This location was also easy to get to even during 5:00 weekday, high traffic period. Will come back!!!
