“Had my alternator and battery replaced back in March. Today my battery died while at work. Had a ton of meetings that I couldn’t miss so I jumped it and headed straight to Metro around lunchtime. Told them the issue and that I really needed the battery replaced asap. Without hesitation, they told me it would be 45 minutes. Reality, it was about 20 minutes. They apologized for the defective battery and sent me on my way. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and they’ve never failed. Besides the outstanding service, this team is very honest. Only what you need. Not what they want to sell you. Definitely Recommend Metro Champion.”

“I’ve been coming here for years to get basic maintenance done on my car. They’re pretty much the most honest mechanic shop I’ve been to thus far because they don’t try to upsell me on anything but instead will try to pinpoint exactly what the problem is and then explain it in good detail, and then provide the options I have. For example, recently my car hit a curb that caused 2 of my tires to blow and my wheels to become gouged. After getting new tires put on at another mechanic shop that was open at the time, every mechanic shop I took it to claimed that there was a suspension issue, wheel bent, or structural damage that was causing my car to vibrate at highway speeds and wanted to charge me a fortune to fix it. I took it here and they said they’d inspect it and see what’s going on, and then they told me literally the only issue was the wheels were unbalanced, which is a very cheap fix. They saved me hundreds or even over a thousand dollars through their honestly, because they could have just as easily claimed it needed more major repairs and gone after my wallet. If you’re ever in a pickle and need someone to go to that you can trust, look no further than these folks. Best experiences there by far, and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer for the years to come.”

“Hands down, the best car wash I have ever been too! It is an automatic wash, however, staff assisted with tire care and drying the vehicle. You can take as much time as you need when Vacuuming your car..it's nothing like your standard vacuums ( you know the $1 for 4 minutes) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This will be my new car wash go to!!”
“So as I strolled up after making a 10:00 am appointment . I pulled up and got greeted with a smile and water by the manger Mr. Larry and he said good morning and let me know that the way they go about with scheduling is a false narrative. People really a pull up and the system in my opinion is really failing them . He let me know they are working hard to get me . I can respect the great customer service and the great communication . I will go there again but the scheduling online really needs to be deleted because it gives you a false narrative like you can pull up with a schedule but you cant. But I will be using this spot again. Last time I feel everything was rushed but theres a new group of great people with customer service and I look forward to coming again as a customer . Have a great day be blessed to everyone and God is always the answer .”

“I was skeptical to go to this place due to the low reviews, but I’m glad I went for it. Yes, it’s a bit run down but everything works properly. From the stalls having soap, coin machine, and to the vacuums. Keep in mind, I didn’t used credit cards, just cash. Will be coming back for more future car washes.”

Other shops said it was the alternator and advice to buy new alternator and battery. But this team at this location said it’s not the alternator nor the battery it was just dirty terminals!!
