Staff is always helpful and friendly but I can never find L or XL sizes. Not the staffs fault but just so other customers know, not the biggest sizes available. Again, staff is wonderful.

Display of pricing very misleading. Jeans are very disorganized- so it ends up being a guessing game by the time you get to the register.

I walked past several associates who were chilling in the kids section NOT working even though the store was a complete mess! I walked past them numerous times and they NEVER acknowledged my presence. They never asked if I needed help or anything of the sorts. I picked up several items in the kids section and finally found a pair of jeans for myself. I went to the dressing room to try them on, when I came out the associates that were in the corner gossiping were now standing right outside my dressing room as if they were organizing!!! Mind you, they were in the corner running their mouths NOT working when I walked past them 5+ times looking for deals. Now all of sudden everyone is needed in the dressing room?! It’s 2023!!! You DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW BLACK PEOPLE IN DRESSING ROOMS! I put EVERYTHING back. I’ll never shop here again!!!!

Very rude employee! Do not recommend!The one who checked me out seemed like she didn't know what she was doing.She scanned all my items ( all of them are kid clothes).One rang up 49.99 and it was one cheap graphic T shirt for kids. She scanned it again and didn't realize why it was price like that until I told her it was wrong and impossible .She didn't offer any solution to fix it and said "I can't do anything"I have to tell her to remove the item. At this point I wanted to leave.After all, no thank you, no thing. Just hang me my bag.I will not come back to this location ever again!

Cashier was not polite at all, treated customers as kids, waving at them to come to the register to pay instead of saying: "next customer" no customer service whatsoever. When I said thank you, the cashier did not even looked at me and ignored me, gave me the bag with the merchandise I bought and did not say anything back, made certain remark with her face(mouth) as if she didn't want to work at the register.
