I’m so glad my friends talked me into joining! Bekah, Karson, Raven, and Chandler are all great coaches who encourage and push you to your next level! The front desk staff take the time to learn your name and are all so helpful. I feel healthier. The benchmarks are a great way to track your improvement. Try it. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely love the coaches and atmosphere. The desk team are also nice. The workout pushes me and the coaches help as well. Great experience.

Love Love Love Bekah’s classes! She is so positive, informative and encouraging. Bekah fosters personal relationships with her members and creates a family like atmosphere. Love her “trainer tips Tuesdays”!

The district manager, Leandrea, finds it appropriate to allow the store manager, Solomon, to berate and yell at both regular customers and MA’s (Member Associates), or employees. The coaches there are excellent, particularly Bekah and Chandler, but there is a pretty high turnover for regular employees, and now I can see why. I worked there and while talking with a customer about an issue she was having, the manager walked in. The customer began talking to him about the problem and he proceeded to raise his voice to her, talk over her and gaslight her. I stuck up for her and said she was right about the issue. As soon as she left, Solomon began berating me and yelling at me for contradicting him in front of the customer. When I tried to speak to defend myself, he began berating me and yelling at me. I told him I don’t need to be disrespected like this at work and I walked outside. I tried calling the DM Leandrea but she didn’t answer so I left. I should not have to accept that treatment at work. I left a message and an email for Leandrea telling her what happened, and the customer even called her in defense of me. I spoke to Leandrea later that day, and I made it clear to her I DID NOT quit, and that I tried calling her twice before leaving. The next day she texted that she would accept my resignation since I walked out, which again, I tried calling her first, and did not just leave. She apparently was bothered bc I said I don’t need that job, which I don’t. I don’t need any job, but I made it clear to her that no one should have to accept being yelled at and berated simply for doing their job, and defending the customer when she was right. This place is run absolutely horribly, and I’m not at all sorry I’m no longer there. There are better fitness studios and better working environments where both customers and employees are respected and valued. OrangeTheory Arlington Highlands is NOT one of those places.

I love Orangetheory, I've been a member for years. I just haven't had time recently and need to cancel my membership bc I'm wasting money by not going. I wanted to change to a drop in fee or set of drop in classes. They have made it so difficult to cancel its amazing. I have to go in in person even though the north Arlington location said the form could easily be emailed. I'm really disappointed in this level of customer service from a company I had much admiration for.Side note, my husband said they made him get a note from a doctor to cancel his membership ??...Buyer beware.

Coaches and front desk support me unconditionally in coming to workouts regularly, in my health and maintaining an attractive fit body. I couldn't do it without them. If you need motivation, social support, and workouts professionally designed to take the brain work out of it, this location is it.

I love Orangetheory, I've been a member for years. I just haven't had time recently and need to cancel my membership bc I'm wasting money by not going. Took my first class at this location and signed up for a membership here. Everyone I interacted with was really nice and helpful - especially the girls at the front desk! I’m looking forward to continuing to take classes here and try out all the instructors!

I have to say I started off really enjoying OT but that all changed when I broke my toe and tried to place a hold on my account until it healed. They made it almost impossible to put on hold (had to go in to your original store that you signed up at. But I had moved and it was too far away) I decided to cancel it and then sign up at my local OT to make it easier. Needless to say they still charged me and kept charging me and every time I called they said they would take care of it. At this point I’m going to have to cancel my credit card for them to stop charging it. It’s been so unprofessional and so frustrating and it’s like they don’t care.

Great group fitness designed workouts that can challenge your best athletes yet be modified to meet each individuals needs as a beginner, injury, aging, etc. Love being able to track my heart rate so I know how to reach my own personal potential.
