O'Reilly's Store 700 on Abrams st. Arlington Texas. Went in to inquire about my cabin air filter and Edgar was extremely helpful, showed me where it was located and installed it!! Really went out of his way. All the guys are great! Will always go there for any auto parts needs!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The assistant manager was lazy and made me change the battery myself while he just stood there. When I went back to replace the battery, he looked up my number, couldn’t find anything, and blamed me for the issue. It wasn’t until I showed proof of purchase that he realized the information was actually under my number. The manager was even worse – extremely disrespectful, unhelpful, and had a terrible attitude. However, Edgar came out to help and completely turned things around. He was passionate about cars, incredibly helpful, and hardworking. He was the only positive part of the experience.

Poor management! I was sent here by a manager and merchandiser from another Arlington location for the Christmas Ornaments.
I get here, I am told by the young man that they do not have the item in stock. I explained that I had confirmed at multiple locations that this store had 6 in stock. I was told by other stores not to call here..but just show up and show them a picture that I had proof they had the inventory because employees are hiding them an not putting them out.
The young man said that they were told today that employees are no longer allowed to buy the ornaments. The he was a little helpful and made an attempt to called his manager to ask if they were putting the item out or not and if she knew where they were because he did show that he had 6 on hand and he couldn't find them.
The manager Sheila Thronburg was on speaker and was extremely rude to her employee an told him she didn't know what to tell him cuz she ain't seen them and didn't know where they were. He confirmed that they received these last week and that they had not sold any. I asked if there was a manager there because they have 6 items received an have no record of where they are, what if I needed a car part, what do they do? Hide the car part? Finally I'm told that Johnny the night supervisor was the only one available. Mind you, Johnny has been listening to this convo from the start and doesn't help either of us resolve the situation. There is no resolution skills whatsoever in either manager or night supervisor.
Johnny, a supervisor tells me he had been out an didn't know where they were, and he never attempted to look.
I explain my frustration because I'm coming from burleson to get this item I was told was here, and I have been all over the place today to surprise my husband. I said I wasnt trying to be any kind of way, and he says..."well you are" then he goes to say... "you being frustrated is your problem. And the fact that you have been looking for that and driving around places, is ludicrous! I can tell you I sure as hell wouldn't do that for my wife, I would tell her to get up an get her own shit".
He now says that they don't stock their inventory and that their merchendiser checks in the inventory and now put the blame on them. Then is telling me to call tomorrow an get help from Sheila.
So crazy!

The store manager was very rude and truly inconsiderate. Wouldn’t leave a review if it wasn’t true. Aside from that. The cashier was kind and respectful. If you are seeking customer support, go to another store.
