The store was busy, only 2 people working the counters but they were pleasantly helping each customer and the line never ended. Very impressed with how they effortlessly went between languages as needed. Only 4 stars because they needed help.... Hopefully they'll get better staffed for the next weekend rush.

Went in today just to recycle my car oil. Waited at least 15 minutes in a line that was backed up to the door. Two guys walking around with small boxes and paper just looking at all the customers. One chick was the only one taking care of us. Asked one of the workers if they could just empty my container, he replied "we are busy right now" I left and went to AutoZone and was in and out within 3 min.

Was there to replace my battery got it but they were not ready to install it. They were not very professional in changing battery. One of the guy Miguel was very rude had zero customer service and not willing to help customer. He didnot even understand English.

They are always helpful and friendly, although the last time I was there, the guy tested my battery, and my alternator and told me my alternator was bad when it was in fact my battery that was no good. All I'm saying is get a second opinion just in case.
It could save you a lot of money!

Terrible customer service. They will straight up ignore you, act bothered when you have a question and are very unprofessional. They use profanity regardless of who is in the store, roll their eyes at you and walk off when you are trying to speak to them. These have all been personal experiences at this location.

Extremely poor service, younger, small complex employee with glasses and beard was very demeaning and bothered. Spoke to us as if we were dumb. But what do you expect from someone who could only land a job at oreillys.
