Took my Mom's car here to get them to scan for trouble codes because her check engine light was lit. They scanned the vehicle, I brought the faulty part, installed it, and POOF! NO more codes. I can't complain.

Depends on who you deal with up there...1st time I visited guy sold and switched out my headlight, he was awesome...I went back for a check engine light, turns out I needed a new gas cap, he had to order it, I ask for exact one I had, he orders a different one, went back to pickup and have installed, it was the wrong cap, they refused to refund my shipping cost. The other dude behind the counter told his coworker to charge me for installation, then rolled his eyes at me. They refunded the cap and that's it.

It is a store that is not recommended, they do not respect prices or their policies.

Came to have my 12v battery checked in my 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid, I was told by 2 people that my car only has 1 battery and it's for the hybrid system. They only looked under the hood, didn't bother to check the manual after offering them the manual. A little more effort, even google would've been helpful enough to learn that some cars have 12v batteries in the trunk. Hybrid batteries only drive the car, 12v is still needed for normal operation. -1 star for the first guy that didn't know, -1 star for the manager not able to locate it, -1 star for not looking in the manual.
