have to be at work at 3 a.m. And when I told him I can't do that and I need it charged tonight he got an attitude and started huffing and puffing he told me he already has 2 batteries already on the charger. Everytime I come here no one has good customer service and seems to be in a bad attitude and all I want to do is get my car fixed and move on about my day. How hard is it to receive customer service.

So y’all only leave one employee in the store stop being lazy and stop acting like y’all have attitudes when customers come in for help how you help 5-6 people that I was in front of and have a problem with me do better or find another job customer service towards me was none existing. I only shop with oreillys after my autozone alternator went out 4 times in 1 week. Oreillys has way better electrical parts hands down. Great service everytime I go in to.

If the manager ALICIA serves that way, I don't understand how they can show the new workers how to provide good customer service. It seems that the clients are they, they skip the line and still not after that they tell me that they are no longer going to serve me. They left me without attention and without selling me the product when they already had my battery and I had already done a purchasing process. It's a shame that Hispanics treat us like this. I strongly disagree. I think that person doesn't even deserve a bit of that position in this auto repair shop. I would like you to take the video of May 8, 2024 at 7:45 to 7:50, I was attended to in that way, thank you. And thanks to the other workers who try to do their job as they should but those actions of the manager do not allow them to continue with their work as they should.

I was buying an Expray to paint the tires on my car and I bought three, the wrong one came out when I approached the place to try to make the return, a disgusting fat man supposedly the administrator came out and I was kicked out of the place without any education, people like you should not face the public anywhere. I am a hairdresser and the truth is that I will take care of making this place known in the worst way possible as long as I see him working in that place.

JP, the store manager, is the definition of excellent customer service. He greeted me as soon as I walked into O’Reilly and helped me pick a new car battery and helped me switch it out. Highly recommend this store location for your car needs. 10/10
