I had an amazing experience with Donovan's customer service! My car was having issues with the battery, and I wasn't sure what the problem was. Donovan was quick to assess the situation and figure out exactly what was wrong. Even though it was freezing cold outside, he didn't hesitate to replace the battery on the spot. Throughout the entire process, he remained calm, respectful, and incredibly professional. I really appreciated how he handled everything with such care and attention to detail. It made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend Donovan for his top-notch service!

The handsome guy working today was nice . It’s frickin so cold , he offered to put my wipers on. He made it look so easy! I would have been out in 34 degree wet and windy cold for an hour trying to do it myself . 5 stars

I’ve been coming to this O’Reilly location for over 10 years.
Today Donovan helped me and I was blown away. He was knowledgeable, fast, and courteous. Super nice guy and super great at his job.

Just had a couple of great experiences with the staff at this store. Day 1 Jerry was super helpful with diagnosing my alternator problem and getting me the right one.
However, due to the alternator (maybe?), my battery was also zapped. Bill was a godsend as he was able to get me a replacement using the warranty. Stephanie and Tommy were also involved in this process.
I wish all business treated customers so well. The world would be a better place for sure.

A few weeks ago, I had to purchase spark plugs for my fiancé to install into my vehicle. Bill and Jerry had a sense of humor and we’re very knowledgeable on the products, explaining how they work, how they differ, along with other helpful information. They even let us borrow a “grabber thingy” when my fiancé was in the process of installing the spark plugs. It’s very difficult to get great service nowadays and Bill and Jerry exceeded our expectations and did with humor, knowledge and a smile. They deserve a raise.

It's a toss-up, depending what assistance you need, the staff will either be able to help or not. Suggest the staff have some decent mechanical knowledge before putting them to work.
