I shipped a computer to Oregon, and I was feeling a little bit doubtful when I left. I was mainly concerned on how it would be packaged, and when my transaction was done, I was told everything would be taken care of. I wanted to see them package it in front of me, but I just had to trust.Once I received my package, I was excited to see there was foam padding in the main box, and that box was put into a bigger box with foam pellets. They did a great job packing some delicate electronics.

Creepy staff. Strange odor. Also, why is it so dark in there? The whole experience was too strange for me, I decided to ship my package elsewhere.

The woman who told me she was "the owner" and when I asked for a receipt for the packages I had dropped off for UPS pickup from my business told me in a very rude tone, "We don't give receipts. I'm the owner and we've never given receipts in 23 years! If you want a receipt take it to the UPS store." In fact, I WILL take all my packages to the UPS store from now on.

I love these people! I have used pass since I moved to Arlington in 2010, for a mail box, for my packaging shipments, faxing, copying etc. Fantastic staff, past and present. I prefer PASS over any other mailing outlet, and I trust them

Had to fax a lot of papers. Very nice friendly professional I would recommend them to anybody. They also do shipping for FedEx UPS in the mail and they also have mailboxes there I was in and out in a minute. Excellent service.

Visited to drop off an Amazon return. Asked staff for a receipt. Staff replies they don't provide receipts for Amazon returns. So if some reason the package gets "lost" before it is received by Amazon I'm S.O.L.? Will be taking my business to the UPS Store near Walmart from now on. The UPS Store gives a drop off receipt every time without shady excuses.

This place is worthless. They only offer you the most expensive option for international shipping (even when it's over double what you'll pay at the post office). And they can't even give you a receive receipt. I've tried to use this place 3 or 4 times and it's just not equipped.
