Their customer service is very bad. I went to return an item that was too small, and I haven’t gotten a refund yet. I had to go to my bank to get everything situated and it took them more than two months to get my refund. This was unacceptable, and the manager had an attitude when I went to confront her. I will never shop at their store anymore.

I came in to exchange earrings that I bought a day BEFORE because the clasp was very weak and the employee tried to tell me there was multiple earrings on the set when I bought just one pair and then tells me I can switch them out , I go to switch them out and she comes back to tell me jewelry was final sale when there wasn’t any signs for it ??? And the day I bought them I asked about the return policy and they said as long as I had my receipt it was okay …. So she handed me back the earrings , I don’t think it should’ve been that big of a deal, I just wanted the SAME pair but with better quality ???? It’s okay tho I handled it myself!!!?but this store employees need to do better , they always have no emotion on their face ??

I’m a mall employee so I’m in here almost daily just browsing and the first few times the employees were rude and non helpful and I just thought it was a handful but the more I go the more judged I feel going in the store and every single employee is rude seems like that is what the manager looks for when hiring, today I was buying a top and the dude said “oh you’re gonna buy that?” And then kinda smirked at me. It makes me really not want to come in this store anymore please fix this issue… as a manager I hope my employees aren’t like this

Love this place usually. But today I was just trying to buy a birthday present but the worker at the register acted like I was below her, scowling at me, looking me up and down, and whenever she spoke to me (once) it was in a very rude tone saying “it’s waiting.” I said happy new year to her after I got my bag, but she just gave me a dirty look and didnt respond. It hurt my feelings because I didnt know what I did wrong

the online store is really good! the prices could be a bit lower, but other than that i have no problems with it! shipping isn't too much/is free a good amount of the time! it also ships super fast! i really enjoy the online store!

I love the clothes they have in stock and they bring in new products pretty frequently so you’re never bored. Though some things can be pricey, there’s always sales and coupons.

i love this store just hate this location in particular the person that took care of us was soo rude and was the manager.. sad. i wish corporate could fire him it was an older guy with like dirty blonde hair. Literally his attitude is disgusting

The experience with the employees here has inspired me to never shop at a Pacsun again.Walking into the store I could immediately tell the employee didn't want to be there with the way she explained the measures they have in place (which I really do appreciate). But while in there for the next 30 minutes I wasn't approached or asked if there was anything I needed help with by either of the employees, and we were the only ones in the store, standing directly next to the counter. Then when going to check out they asked to see my fiance's ID before he even went to pay. He was using his family member's card and didn't have his on him, which he has done before (they have the same last name), and NEVER had an issue. I also have personally never been asked for my ID at Pacsun. Then when I went up to pay for it they suddenly had no need to check my ID? So I asked if checking IDs is a new policy or something and she rudely responded, "it's just to make sure someone doesn't take someone's card and spend 1000s of dollars." Which is pretty condescending (I know why an ID is checked) and she though he was stealing. I would've been ok if she had asked everyone for their ID (indicating it was actual policy), or maybe if she politely explained it, or if she maybe had shown some decent customer service in the 30 minutes we were there. It was a 50 dollar purchase, for reference. We both shopped at Pacsun for years and made purchases north of 500 dollars and never were treated as if we were committing credit card fraud before. But we can just keep that money in our pockets in the future.Just go shop at CottonOn, their clothes are pretty much the same, cheaper, and I've loved every single employee I've met there.
