Worst customer service. Walked in, one sales clerk ignored us. Then after the other clerk checked a customer out, she and the second clerk BOTH went to the back room to avoid helping us. This was Today 1/10/23. So whoever worked on Tuesday Jan 10th. Those were the sales clerks that chose to not help us.

Don’t shop at Pandora, you have been warned.Let me tell you, this was love at first sight.Perhaps, I was blinded by all the shiny and sparkly items they have to offer. So I have to admit, I fell for it and have purchased a ton of charms, bracelets, and even have earrings and rings from there. I even bought some for my daughter and gave some as gifts.All was fine until my rose gold charms/rings started losing their color. One of my rings that I received for my birthday (heart shaped, silver, received in February) had missing stones within a week. Another rose gold ring, the stones setting started to tarnish (green tones were forming around the stones). It was one issue after another. went to the store to inquire about the warranty and was informed there is only a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on each item.The only thing that qualified to be replaced was the one week old silver heart ring that had missing stones. I could not believe the ridiculous warranty they offer. Which only led me to realize that they don't stand by the quality of the products they sell. Needless to say, I got the silver ring replaced and just one year later (after the warranty expired, of course) three stones fell off. I am baffled at the cheap quality and ridiculous warranty. I will never purchase another item from this brand ever again.You have been warned, shop at your own risk.

honestly, not even good. terrible customer service, me and my friend were standing, waiting for help as alot of people were looking at rings/watches/ and earrings. we stood for half and hour till we decided to leave. We came back about an hour later and it took them again a few minutes to give us service, about 5. they looked very careless as well. pretty absurd.

Very helpful staff, however prices did not match what was marked. $50 items are $65, $65 are $85. Did not like that at all.

I gave them 3 stars because my 1st visit at this location I was assisted by a lady who was new but she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went back in on yesterday(Sunday 3-27-22) because the rings I bought kept slipping off my hand (less than a week 3-21-22 of purchasing) I was told that I cant exchange them because of they look worn. I can respect their policy but it was the way I was treated while she was speaking to me and then she just walks off didn't ask me if I needed anything else which I did because I was wanting to purchase a new charm and another ring. After I told her I wasn't done she just yelled oh she will help you … WHO IS SHE? I can't with the rudeness. I know my purchase isn't going to make or break the store. I just went to the Clearfork location they seem to value their customers better.
