My experience while shopping at Vanguard Kia was amazing, thanks to the help of Kaleb and Erick! They were so patient during the whole process and able to get me into the car I wanted and stay within my budget! They were great at explaining and helping me work through my first trade in (: would recommend this dealership and specifically both of these salesmen to anyone looking to get into a new car during this season!

The service department is awesome! I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony, and his customer service skills were exactly what they should be frinedly courteous and welcoming !! He explained in detail everything that was gonna be done and needed i gave him an estimated time of when i needed my vehicle back for work and he made sure everything was done before it was time!! I absolutely love the ppl that work here and this dealership!! This is my second vehicle purchas here and refuse to go anywhere else!t CLINTON, ERIC AND ANTHONY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!

***BUYER BEWARE***Do not go to this dealership and buy a KIA. If you have any reservations about owning a KIA, they are true and you should trust your gut. I bought a brand-new KIA never been owned on a TUESDAY, the day after next, which is Thursday the whole dashboard is dead. Now I want you to understand I had the car for 3 days and on the 3rd day the dashboard is dead. The whole care is digital. That means the speedometer, the radio, I mean everything is dead. You can't even use the plug to charge the phone. Everything is controlled through the dashboard, so you can't control the car at all. I know you're thinking "3-day old car, surely the dealer ship will help" no they didn't. They don't even care. The customer service once you sign your name is night and day difference. Before they were all nice and attentive, after I get the car, now they act like they don't know me. I took the car up there on Friday and spoke with a manger. He looked at the car and said "man I never seen that" handed me my keys and said he will pass it on to my salesman. No help what so ever. Then I take it up there on a Saturday and go to the service department the guy named Omar didn't even look at me didn't get out his chair, just said he can't do anything. You need a tech and we don't do anything but oil changes on weekends. He didn't look at me till I asked for his name. Once you buy the car its on you regardless of what happens to the car. Everyone up there looked at me like I'm inconveniencing them because I already got a car and they can't make more money off me. My salesman name is Blake, he is a Mexican guy. He has been M.I.A this whole time. Before he was calling me every hour to make the deal. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRABLE!!! I just bought this KIA and in the first week I'm already back at the dealership. I use this SUV for work, now I can't use it so now this is costing me more money. Stay away from KIA and stay away from this dealership.**fun fact. they also up charge every car by about 2-3k. they call it a "pro package". Its just your basic window tint and oil changes. It not worth the money at all and you can't remove that charge. They only reason I agreed was because my job was paying for this car****

I traded my car in and purchased a different car with Vanguard Kia. I had the pleasure of working with Gary Offord. My experience with them was great, not stressful at all. I missed my initial appointment with Gary; he was understanding and happy to reschedule with me. I highly recommend this dealership and will start with them, if I have the need for another vehicle in the future.

They did not do the work they said they did. How many times before has this happened and I didn't know ? How many others are they doing this to? They took the memory card out of my DashCam, took a magnetic sticker, car had more scratches on it when I got it back.I was verbally abuse by Anthony when I complained. They need cameras in that workshop and let customers watch while they wait.My second new Kia and my LAST! Horrible experience, will never go back there!

At Vanguard Kia of Arlington was the most painless car buying experience I’ve had. Tony Reed and Marcus England were great! Their customer service was very much appreciated. I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out with a 2023 Sorento. I love the car and the service. The finance manager Tu was awesome as well. I will absolutely recommend Vanguard to my family and friends. Thanks to all involved for your kindness and patience through my car buying process!

My experience with Vanguard Kia was great! Jermaine answered my interest email and questions quickly and was attentive to my car buying needs. I traveled out of state to buy a car sight unseen, and the team at Vanguard couldn’t have made it easier for me. Clinton and Jermaine worked hard to answer all of my questions (I had a lot….), accommodate my trip out to buy the car, and made my wife and I very comfortable when we arrived. The service department is always behind and trying to add more service than what I came in for. I've had my Kia Forte since 2018 and I would always dread taking my car to the service department. The sales team is also incompetent and condescending, just want to make a sale without really listening to my needs. I am constantly asked to make an appointment for service and those appointment times are not honored. Overall just a bunch of employees who don't care about customers, just our money.

If I could give them a more negative comment, I would. We were told they had a specific vehicle, made an appointment to buy it, drove over an hour to purchase and wouldn't you know they sold it. You would think the salesman would have called to let us know. Instead, he met us in the parking lot and said it sold already. Will not try or do business with them.

When I found Vanguarg Kia on a car listing website, I expressed interest in a certain vehicle they had. That day I believe, they sent me a detailed video of the car a dealer recorded himself, sharing its features and all information which I thought was so thoughtful and very helpful. I was immediately sold!When I got there I received excellent service and support when getting my first car, which was perfect for my personality and all my needs. A few steps along the way there were problems coming up beyond our control that Nathan and Clinton helped handle very professionally and enthusiastically. The atmosphere is kept up to highest standards and it smelled good! Everyone I worked with, Nathan, Clinton and Tu, were exceedingly kind, knowledgeable and pleasant.Thank you! Highly recommended!

I posted previously this morning. Update after speaking with some friends from corporate I was directed to a Kia by me, Huffins Kia in Corinth, they were spectacular and made buying out my lease easy. On top of that they were very transparent and charged no fees. I finally found a good Kia, I paid literally just the buyout price and the tax. Never going near Kia Vanguard again
