I went to get my tire repaired, and it was 15 min until closing. We don't chose what time we get an issue with our car. As soon as I told the guy I have a leak in my tire, he looked at his watch. Right there I knew he wasn't going to fix it, and he was going to give me a story. He barely looked at it, and said it was going to be a full repair. He "went" to the back to see if they had my tire. When he came back, he said they didn't have my tire because it's RARE!!! The only pepboys that would have it was in Richlamd Hills!!!! I laughed, and left to a tire shop down the road not even a min from them. By the time I spent in pepboys, went to the next shop, and that man fixed my tire it was 5 on the dot!!!! Luckily it wasn't an emergency. If you are going to lie, lie better!!!!!

Not only is this location literally across the street from where I live, the customer service is also really good. The only negative is, the status updates are not updating. My status was showing my car wasn’t assigned to a worker but when I checked with the guy who did my intake, she was literally almost finished with my car that’s why I took one star off. Other than that, everything was good.

I took my granddaughter’s Toyota to Pep Boys on Cooper St in Arlington, TX for an oil change since she was here visiting for the weekend. Their service was excellent! They checked all her fluid levels, checked her tires and made sure they were inflated properly, all with a friendly and professional manner! I will definitely go back for our next oil change.

The employees were really nice people however they were not nice to my tires/rims. I went to go replace my tire sensors and they damaged 3 out of 4 of my tires. Seems like they dont really care about doing good work. By the time i left it was already dark outside so i didn’t notice anything. I wont go in person to say anything since i doubt they will care. But anyway, if you have expensive rims/tires dont go here.

Made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived early for a 530pm appointment on a Friday and was still able to get in and out quickly!! Staff was pleasant and friendly. I will be back.

Just needed a plug for nail in tire said 2 hour wait But recommended a place so that was nice altho found closer place on way lol
