I’ve been coming here for several years because it’s convenient but today I made my last trip here. On December 28th I needed one of those blow-up protective collars for my Chi and purchased it here. It was too small for my Chi or any of my dogs. Never used it. I tried to exchange it today and was told I could not because I was 3 days too late. Since times are tough for me right now I could not afford to purchase another so now I’m the owner of a protective collar that I can’t use and my Chi is out of luck until I can afford to order 1 on Chewy. I think it’s bs that their policy won’t let me exchange it! I have 5 dogs and 3 cats. They’ve lost a good customer.

Every time I have shopped at this store, when I ring up my items are $1-2 more at the register than what is marked on the aisle. When I mention it they say “oh the prices change often and we can’t always keep up”—and while I don’t want a $1 refund at the time, that adds up if 10 customers are being overcharged each time. Do better.

I've been coming to pet supermarket for a couple years now and have always enjoyed it. I was helped by Oscar this time and he was friendly, had great customer service and wasn't afraid to recommend products 10 outta 10

The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Even though I moved over an hour away, I still make the trip to come to this specific location just because of the staff. They are genuinely nice and want to help you. My dogs mean alot to me and I go above and beyond when it comes to their care and food so, it means alot to have such great people to help my 4-legged children get exactly what they need.

My experience was absolutely wonderful!!! I went in to purchase two rabbits for my family. I was educated on how to care for our new additions. Staff was kind and informative and I will recommend that all animal lovers come here.

Two girls gave us exceptional help with ample unasked knowledge that was almost dead on from my know how. One girl, the third seemed like she could careless if we were their or not. In all, probably will go back for additional fish supplies...
