Girl at register rude, refused to do her job. Ask for help she rolls her eyes.

I was checking out and the girl with braids at the register gave me an attitude when I asked her to confirm the price of an item. Then she seemed even more annoyed when I asked to do a price match on the item. I only had one item, the whole interaction took 2 minutes but I guess that was too much of a hassle for her. Not sure what her problem was but I hope she has a better day.

I bought dog food here that was expired over a year ago! It’s dangerous to keep expired products on the shelf. Thankfully I noticed before feeding it to my dog. He could’ve got sick! Check the labels before purchasing here.

Took my dog here to get groomed a month ago. Taylor V was the stylist. She couldn’t finish him as he was “getting stressed”. He has been groomed many times in the past and never had an issue. Still paid full price for a terrible groom. And on top of that apparently she is qualified to give advice on animals she grooms writing on his report card “he needs more motivation at home”. I don’t know who trains the stylists or there lack of training they have. This was the first time I have taken him to this location and it will be the last time taking him to a Petco after this sort of treatment. I don’t know the artist, she doesn’t know my dog or his situation and I found it very disrespectful to receive this kind of treatment after paying full price for a half done service. I made a complaint with Petco and never received any follow up. Goes to show the lack of regard they have for their customers. I urge you to take your animals to be groomed elsewhere.

We needed to get our pup a bath while visiting tx. We got him a bath and furminator. His coat was so shiny & and the shedding was gone ( note he had a furminator before we left home, but he was still shedding like crazy). The groomers were super nice and loved our Blue. We'll definitely book again the next time we're in town visiting my brother

I love this shop and always get great service, but today I had the BEST service yet from Devin. She was so friendly and efficient even helped me out to my car with my many containers of heavy cat litter. ? Thank you Devin!

After 4 hours and no call, I show up and ask about my dog. I'm told he had an "accident" - so they need another 45 minutes. My 3 year old doodle has never even had an accident in my house. He was left so long in a crate that he had no choice but to poop himself. They had only washed him and trimmed around his bum - after 4 hours! He had to pee so bad & was extremely thirsty. They would not bring him out immediately to me. I had to ask multiple times and be like why won't you bring out my dog! The groomer purposely pushed the door to the back crate area closed when she saw me looking that way. Why? I am disappointed that they would rather let your babydogs poop & pee themselves in crates - for hours, just to keep appointments when they are over booked and under staffed.

I brought my dog in for a scheduled appointment (only bath, no clipping) and waited in the little room for 10 minutes (with a historical dog) for them to come out and check him in. It then took them 3 1/2 hours to call me, saying that they had finished. When I arrived, I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could get the slip to pay. Their only excuse was that "they got a little behind" and not even done very apologetically. I can't imagine how they could get that far behind, causing me to reshuffle my afternoon.
While I was going to the register, I found a couple of clearance toys, so I took them with me. There were 3 girls at the register laughing and having a good time. When I set everything on the counter, she took the slip and rang it up. Afterward, she realized that she hadn't rung the rest up, so she had to make another transaction, all while the other two continued.
Lack of focus on the primary job seems to run rampant at this location, and I'll find somewhere else to get my dog groomed.
