Gen Z customer service strikes again. Don't give me eyerolls and attitude if I ask a question about an out of stock product. Left without dog food. I will find a new source.

I took my dog Joeto get a full grooming. The name of the groomer was Clavel . She is new. She did a poor job on his face.It looked choopy. She was gone so another associated fixed his face. He also had a big tangle on his tail( which he did not had when I dropped him) I am Very unhappy with this groomer.

Unfriendly and rude store manager. I placed a curbside pickup order and received the incorrect food. Didn't realize until I got home and opened one of the tins that it was the wrong one because the labels are the same color. Came back to the store the next day to exchange. Manager refused to refund me for the tin I opened because I didn't bring it back even though it was their mistake. I said are you serious? She just stares at me and goes "YUP."On top of that I drove 20 minutes out of the way to this specific location because it showed they had the flavor I needed in large quantity in stock when my local one didn't. 40 minutes worth of gas, two days in a row and had to pay for the stores own mistake. Such garbage customer service, the manager didn't even apologize. Will never come to this location again.

Grooming - My cat and I had a terrible experience. We checked in at her appt time and I told the tech this was her first time so she might be nervous. The tech told me it would be about an hour to an hour & a half, so I shopped for about 35 min, then returned to the grooming area to find that she was still in her crate. I walked inside to check on her & they said "she's fine. We're about to get started." 15 minutes later she was still in her crate, so I asked if I could take her to the waiting area until they were ready for her. They said fine. At 11:55, a full 55 minutes after her scheduled appt, I took her back in. Another customer asked me about my wait, and I said we were scheduled at 11. Another groomer rudely said "ma'am, just so you know, Bree was overbooked today." I apologized for being an inconvenience and we left. If the groomer was overbooked, I should have been given the option to stay with my cat in the waiting area rather than making her sit in her crate, confused & terrified with all the barking dogs around her. So much disrespect for both of us. If you work with animals, you should care about their well being.
