I paid extra for a luxury package and they didn't do it!
They just gave him a normal bath and I paid $60
They tried to add it to the last one but I don't think they will add an extra package again! I no longer have confidence that if they use the products that one chooses or that they do what I would have to carry an extra package, park the normal one!

After reading the reviews about Crystal S., I was excited to book a grooming appointment with her. I was astonished by her negative demeanor towards me and my Maltese as soon as she saw me. She was very short with me when I asked for clarification on an extra charge regarding my dog’s sensitivity to one of her paws and why she wanted to completely shave my dogs tale instead of keeping a little bit of it. All of this was new to me since none of the other groomers had any issues with my dog. Instead of addressing my concerns and making me feel comfortable, Crystal S. was very unpleasant and ruined my peaceful Christmas Eve.
You never know what someone is going through and if you can’t be kind to people who view their dogs as children, you’re in the wrong profession. I was never charged extra for my 12 pound dog attempting to nip at a groomer and I’ve been going here for almost 4 years so I just wanted clarification. Especially when there’s methods a professional groomer can take to shield the dog’s mouth when grooming sensitive areas. When I expressed my concerns, Crystal S. dismissed my questions and said that since I was uncomfortable, she couldn’t service my dog at all and I couldn’t book another groomer for the day (which was a lie). Long story short, two managers got involved and my dog was groomed by another groomer 30 minutes later. The new groomer did an amazing job and kept my dog’s tale instead of shaving it like Crystal insisted. I appreciate management for stepping in and making things right.
Crystal S. is very insensitive and rude and I would not trust my dog in her care after the way she treated me today. Because of Crystal S., Petsmart Grooming has lost a long term customer and I will never bring my dog back.

The store it self was nice but the employees were kinda bad under pressure idk if it’s because they were busy they lacked customer service but it was unacceptable how rushing Shane was. He was rude telling me how to check out and quite frankly assuming I was upset with him when I never cared. However his breathe was stanking and he was just rude for no reason! I never gave him a reason to be snappy with me but maybe he was just stressed .. still unacceptable and bad experience

If petsmart is going to sell exotics they should take care of them properly while they are in the store. For instance, they have a chinchilla at the moment. These Lil Critters in to be in cooler climate not stuck under a brite light . It has no way to climb nor no way to go inside to rest or relax in a tube. It's a form of cruelty. With petsmart it's all about money

Stocks are always full, but I feel like they could do more for the aquatic animals in there. I saw a couple of dead fish in the tanks that would cause ammonia and spread to other tanks as I believe they have centralized sump.

Used to be a great place to buy crickets and feeder fish. Until then last few months, due to change of workers, I guess, they can’t seem to get numbers right. This is supposed to be 25 sm crickets. I have been counting it since I got out of the store, still counting it till I got home. I got 22. 2 dead. It’s just $.17 each, why am I fussing? Before these people, they used to give extra just in case some are dead. Coz some are dead and geckos don’t eat crickets that are not moving. It’s been this way for a while. It’s sad coz I love going to that branch. Wew.

Came in to get a touch up on my 4 month old puppy , just wanted the 15 mins of scissoring. A Member of the grooming team named Korey Alexander barged into the grooming area and proceeded to interrupt our conversation with the other team members and tell me that , that wasn’t going to work because he needed a “puppy starter pack” that came with a bath after i expressed i was only interested in the 15 min of scissoring, because he was intensively bathed the day before. Then I was told by Korey Alexander that my dog wasn’t clean enough for their tools.Felt completely disrespected and walked out of the grooming area Just to hear Korey Alexander yell some words of profanity out from the grooming area at me.Will not be returning here for any grooming service's. Experience was very unprofessional.

Do not bother calling customer service because they will provide wrong information and waste your time. I would recommend speaking to someone who works at the store directly to get accurate information about the services they provide.

I came in to buy food for my pets and the elderly woman at the cash register was extremely rude for no reason. It was 9:13 AM on August/11/2024. My boyfriend and I got to the register and no one was there so we had to wait a while. Finally this grey haired women walks up stands in front of us (still not behind the register) and makes a weird comment about my shoes(plain black tennis shoes). Anyways this woman sees that I’m holding our puppy and then she grabs my puppy out of my hands (without asking) and then starts insulting her appearance saying her eyes were a “weird” colour and her colouring was “strange.” She asked me what breed she was and I told her and then she went on and on about how I should’ve rescued a dog. I tried to explain to her that we were looking into getting a rescue because my previous rescue dog passed away and then this puppy was gifted to me, but she just kept berating me for not getting a rescue. She asked me multiple times how much money I spent on my dog and I kept trying to change the subject, so she could ring me up and I could pay for my stuff. After the 4th time asking I told her how much she was. Then the woman went on about how I could’ve gotten a better dog at a shelter and how people that get dogs from breeders are bad people. She kept saying how ridiculous the price was and that it was a bad decision getting my dog. All of this was going on while she’s holding my dog and inspecting her like an absolute freak. Like dude it’s 9 in the morning on a Saturday and I’m just trying to get food for my pets I don’t need you to hold my dog hostage and talking to me condescendingly.

Rude groomers. Do not take your dog here to be groomed if they are medium to large size. They will charge you an "extra care fee". I've been taking my dog to many PetSmarts for years going from Mansfield, Arlington, Fort Worth etc & never been treated terribly. My dog didn't not like this place & was not welcomed. I was trying to understand the fee since my sister was paying for the bath & I was rudely cut off & told my dog shouldn't come on weekends & should go to the vet for baths...smh. This place was the only place I have ever had this issue. So rude
