Charlene made me feel HORRIBLE about my choice of dog food which I really didn’t appreciate bc 1. It wasn’t even for me. And 2. It’s what my dad can afford at the moment. I told her my preferred way of feeding my dogs and she gave me the most condescending smile ever and said “be careful” like what the hell lady ? Last time I’ll ever go there. I promise that.

I bring my miniature shnauzer Teddy for his haircut and trim to Ms. Lara. She is amazing! Absolutely recommended her. However, all other stylists do a wonderful job as well:)

We Leave Our Labradoodle Here Everytime We Travel! He's Always Well Taken Care Of! He's Four Years Old And Born With Congested Heart So He's On Meds Three Times A Day And They Always Take Good Care Of Our Fur Baby. Great Customer Services.

We had an appt on MLK Day at the one in Lincoln Square, they canceled our appointment and didn't tell us, it was freezing outside!!! This site took us at the last minute and was very nice and accommodating, we will use this 1 from now on!!!
