I have used these guys for almost 20 years but not any more. Poor customer service. I paid for 2 day delivery and just found out that I paid for 2 day printing only to be sent to slowest possible way they could use. I will not get my product on time, I just lost a customer and so did you. Why would you pay for them to do their job faster and not expect it to be delivered faster.

When they get it right, it's good. That happens about 30% of the time, yet my boss still wants to use them. We rarely get our order when it's supposed to arrive. When we get it, there's a good chance that some of it is messed up due to not being put in the box properly. Above all, every order we make, we have to call in and talk to several people for 30+ minutes just to get custom tabbing that should be an option on the website, especially when the custom tabbing is standard for USPS mailings. They recently instituted a 5 point guarantee (that their customer support knows nothing about), and our last order had their guarantees missing 4 out of the 5. This place used to be the best about 5-6 years ago.The last order we placed was ORDER # 12041131. Just placed a new order, ORDER # 12184000. Had to go through the same process. Almost 50 minutes on the phone just to handle something that should be a standard option. So far on this order, you're missing 2 of the 5 guarantees. I'm not trying to sound rude, but when you have to go through this same thing every single time, it gets annoying, especially when you have told people about the issue and they say they will bring it up with management.

I’ve used this place for years for business cards & stickers but this last round of stickers is trash I basically spent half of my money on white sticker paper ? super annoyed with this outcome

Had a great experience, I recommend doing the online proof prior to submitting job for printing. I was able to request an edit, approve online, get the job printed, and pickup in store. Extremely quick and easy, thank you!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with these guys and their quality and service has gone downhill. Missed deadlines, customer service is terrible, all while increasing their prices. Would never use these guys again.

The worse customer experience I have had from an online supplier in years. I have used them happily in the past. Fast forward to last week. Long story short...They promised the delivery for a certain day. I waited until 9pm at night just to call and find out....they lied about the delivery date. My product did not even leave the warehouse on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Then I had to go back on the phone with them hours long due to their incompetence for a refund . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T LIKE BEING LIED AND PREFER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The printing quality of these bookmarks are beyond pretty much anything I've ever had printed. The card stock - the finishing - the online design template.....Has been fantastic. My only complaint is that I wish I could get a Download of my proof/design to check for errors in real space - before I print, but that would be for any online design program - nothing specific to fault Print Place. The work was super professional...give them a little time to pack and print - the quality is worth it!!!

Had a bit of trouble with communication at first--no clear prompting of how the order was being handled; but finally got that straightened out; the order (a mere re-print) was too long in the shop. But . . . it's great looking, and I'm a happy camper. Love your work. Bill Ward

Print place was able to provide fabulous quality for a better price than any local shop in my area, the only drawback is needing to have my print file ready at least 2 weeks before I needed my job in hand. But so long as I can continue to have my jobs ready in time, I expect I will continue using print place to fulfill them.

I had PrintPlace print my #10 envelopes and, although the print quality and color was good, it was printed very crooked on the envelope, with over 1/8" difference from one end to the other of a rule line, part of the design, which is VERY noticeable!! Hopefully, they re-do the job or refund my money, or I'll never use them again.
