I visited this location today at 8 AM as a walk-in, knowing the only available appointment was at 3 PM—which I had scheduled but wouldn’t be able to make. When I tried signing in on the iPad, it kept pulling up my 3 PM appointment and wouldn’t allow me to check in as a walk-in. I asked an employee named Aleah for assistance, and her response was dismissive. Instead of helping me troubleshoot the iPad, she simply told me, “You’re going to have to come back at 3.” When I asked if they take walk-ins, she said, “Yeah, but even then, it’s still going to give you a time to come back,” without offering any further assistance.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave as I was already having an overwhelming morning. As I was pulling out, I saw two younger lady employees arriving and asked if they worked there. They said yes, and I explained my experience while literally crying. Kyla, the team lead, was incredibly kind and reassured me. She invited me back inside and personally helped me sign in on the iPad. Michelle who assisted me, was just as sweet and made the process much smoother.
As someone who works in customer service, I know how important it is to be kind and helpful. Everyone has bad days, but if you’re in a role that involves assisting people especially in healthcare settings it’s crucial to show empathy. If you dislike your job, perhaps consider a role where customer interaction isn’t required. Thank you, Kyla and Michelle, for turning my experience around. Your kindness made all the difference.

Waited close to two hours.
I was no more than five minutes late, I understand they may have to push me back a it since they have other people to attend to but over an hour and a half is ridiculous.
I only came to this location because they had better reviews.

That whole office needs to be fired and replaced with staff that are customer service oriented. They don't greet you and act like you are bothering them. Their attitude is very dry and nasty. If it wasn't for the fact that this is the closest location for me I would not be going to that location. I still may go to another location.

WOW. I have never been treated so rudely in a healthcare facility in my entire life. Why staff a medical facility with people who clearly have no compassion for patients? Many of us are already scared or in pain—why make the experience even worse?
I visited Quest today, 2/26/25, around 12:40 PM for a urine culture. Unfortunately, I needed assistance checking in because I didn’t have my physical insurance card with me. The woman who helped me could not have been more rude or dismissive. She acted completely annoyed, rolling her eyes at me while showing me how to check in—an unintuitive process I was unfamiliar with.
A few minutes later, the same *delightful* staff member called me back to room 5. Without an ounce of patience or professionalism, she snapped at me about a past-due charge. When I tried to ask questions—since I had never been to a Quest facility before—she just barked at me again to pay it, refusing to provide any clarification. She then tossed a cup at me and gestured vaguely over her shoulder. When I politely asked where the restroom was, I was met with another exaggerated eye roll.
The complete lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking. I will never return to any Quest facility. If this is how they treat patients, they should be ashamed.

After wasting lots of MY time to set up a time for Quest which my doctor had recommended, their app or website WHICH HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, I gave up and tried two days later
After spending an inordinate time I was able to do so, however the fact that this company does not provide a customer service number is enough fo me to put the on the DO NOT USE LIST
A BAD EXPERIENCE!

The center on Randall Mill in Arlington was very nice, the blood draw was done well and the tech left no bruising on my arm

Would like to give a 0 star. Very BAD experience. I had to wait for 4 hours to drop a specimen. Very unprofessional and rude staffs. They called almost all the people in the standby list, except me and I was on second in the list. Later on, I checked in the kiosk and found that I do not have to be in the waiting list to drop the specimen and completed the process. One very impolite staff came calling my number and said that I am already in the waiting list and she can not take me. I had already waited for 4 long hours. Also, they are so arrogant and showing attitude. Please NEVER EVER visit this place, unless you find other quests nearby.

Michelle was great! No pain, fast, and explained what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and safe. Would like to have her do all my future labs.

I always get excellent service at Quest on Randol Mill. It is easy to set up an appointment. I get a reminder before my scheduled time with a link to check in. I can also check in with my ID and insurance card on the kiosk in the waiting room. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and my blood draws are always quick and virtually painless. The staff are always pleasant and caring and get me in and out quickly, eventhough I'm a tough stick. I will never go anywhere else.

I never stress about coming to Quest because I know I will be treated with respect and get very professional service and I love their checkin procedure. I always make an appointment and never have to wait for long. The phlebotomist are so caring and knowledgeable.

No matter what quest you use. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! if you don’t you’ll wait all day. I met a guy who was a walk in. He’s been waiting since 11:40am for a drug screen. ITS CURRENTLY 3:10 and he still hasn’t been seen. The system here is crazy ! All I’m trying to do is drop off a specimen. Yet I have to wait this long wait. Use labcorp instead. I promise you they won’t let you down.
