Walked in after a game to use the restroom and get a cappuccino while we waited for our ride. My husband and I went into the bathroom and came out at separate times. I walk out and my husband is calling telling me how the “security” guard was telling him how he needed to wait on the corner of the premises. I tell my husband how I wanted to get a cappuccino while we waited for our ride. The “security guard” at most 19 years old forced us out and told us that he would charge us for trespassing. Come to find out that he told my husband that “he doesn’t trust him”. Like what?! There were others that walked out before us but he came up to US which is so disappointing especially in this current day. Get real security to stop real criminals and not some Uncle Tom RENT-A-COP who’s mad that they had to work on a holiday. Happy Thanksgiving!🦃🍁

i was having a rough day.. went here to grab a few energy drinks… a guy at the counter named will went out of his way to be nice to me and it definitely cheered me up.. i’ve never posted a review for a gas station before, but it was a great experience

I’m 35 years old but still I don’t mind being carded to buy beer. I will not let you scan my id though. There are tons of security features on Texas state ID’s. Only reason you want to scan is to steal and sell my personal information. Don’t buy your beer here.

I just tried to use the restroom and was told it was closed in a 24 hr gas station. Not everyone is a bad patron. I literally have a public restroom phobia and go to QT for the clean restroom and was denied. I've never been denied at a QT. Upset is an understatement. The manager Bobbie wouldn't even make a judgement call and be kind enough to let me use it. Customer service is about good judgement calls and I really needed her to make an exception. Good customer service is important!!

Went in for a quick trip and noticed the very long li e with 1 cashier. Mentioned to the kitchen staff that was standing around, he said " we are doing fine right now. Then Mentioned it to what appeared to be a manager or lead, they said "yep" in a dismissive manner and put their head back to the clipboard. I'll avoid the location.

I spend $20-$30 daily at this QT... On this particular visit I was sitting outside scratching a lottery ticket that I had just purchased inside along with a few other things that totaled just over $15 and I'm going to assume she was manager she had just gotten out of her car and asked me if I was waiting on a ride I told her no I'm sitting here scratching a scratch-off told me I had 5 to 10 minutes to leave before she would call the cops., Is that how you supposed to treat your customers? Remember that is the service industry you are there to serve the people that pay your paycheck. At the end of the day just very unprofessional and very very rude it's like she didn't even want to hear my answer about if I was waiting on a ride or not it seemed to me she made the assumption I was homeless the minute she got out of her car. Very ignorant very very ignorant...I suggest that you avoid this QuikTrip at all costs other reviews there are plenty of other people to feel the same way... My suggestion to the employee is maybe she should look for another job if she has to have a cranky attitude every morning when she comes in.

This is my second review really. Not everyone who carries a backpack is worthless. I bought something here both times I sat outside. I was panhandling either time. Once I was talking to my therapist. The other time I was waiting for my father to pick me up and drinking hot coffee. So I was sitting there. But not begging or asking customers for money.
