A Lukewarm Pit Stop at QT on Bowen
If you’re cruising through Arlington and need a quick refuel—both for your car and your stomach—QT on Bowen is rolling along just fine. It’s not exactly a five-star destination, but hey, where else can you watch hot dogs slowly rotate like they’re contemplating their life choices?
The store is clean enough, the gas pumps do their job, and the drink selection is solid. But let’s be honest, the real stars of the show are those endlessly twirling roller grill items. Are they fresh? Are they from yesterday? It’s a mystery only the bravest dare to solve.
The staff is hit or miss—sometimes you get a friendly greeting, other times you feel like you’ve interrupted a deep meditation session at the register. But if you just need a snack, a soda, or the thrill of gambling on a questionable taquito, this QT will do the trick.
Not the best, not the worst—just rolling through life like a lonely hot dog under the fluorescent lights.

They dont give bags. The manager thinks she to good to give people bags. Seems like a lawsuit. If someone can sue McDonald for not giving napkins. Feel like QT should be for not giving bags.

I went to a QuikTrip on Bowen in Arlington Texas to use the women's restroom before I get gas, I go inside and wait with two lady's while the 2 stalls are occupied, after I'm able to go in one, I'm in one for about not even a minute and a line already piles up with about three women, a lady and I in the only 2 stalls, one lady gets frustrated goes out and "complains" that the lady and I were taking to long ( mind you we just got in from Waiting) so the same lady who complained comes back and so does this employee, he proceeds to open the door and stand halfway in and out the women's restroom, staring quietly at a young adult she gets scared and he opens the door wider and sees her mother, her mother then tels him to get out and knock to "check the restrooms" he closes the door then reopens it that's when I started recording, I was terrified and my only response was to quickly get off the toilet and record for proof otherwise no one would believe, after the video I walk out with the two lady's recording and he puts a paper with his name on it in the one of the womens face so we can report him, he was aggressive and we all felt violated and the women refused to use the bathroom scared he'd do worse then just stare yell and come in, women this is what we deal with, and this is in Arlington Texas on Bowen and Dal worth garden. I've reported and hope the lady's I met did too and get a peace of mind, I'm still very shaken up, and he was unbothered because he mentioned he was reported before and nothing happened.. last time I was here a women told me a random young girl asked her to stay with her in the restroom at this same location has this occurred before?? please share this! If you’re gonna have breakfast sandwiches, sitting out, at least make them edible. Bought breakfast sandwich got on the road open it up biscuits hard as a rock. Ridiculous. Last time I buy food from QT.

QuikTrip is my most frequent destination, with good reason. The employees are usually great, most of the prices are reasonable, and they're easy to find almost anywhere you are.

Filled up my car using premium even though I always select the regular option. The price ticker of the previous buyer also suggested premium, so I figured something was amiss. I went to the checkout desk to try to explain my situation, but the clerk was unhelpful. He said there was nothing he could do in terms of refunds and that I should get a hold of "a woman" without ever providing contact information.What really got me was the completely dismissive response when I suggested the pump could be inspected to determine if there was an issue. The clerk stated that the last transaction was "a long time ago", didn't verify whether the transaction in question was at premium price, and seemed insistent that there was no problem. As far as I could tell there was absolutely zero action taken. The lack of resolution on my end was disappointing, but the failure to take action in spite of my warning is the far bigger issue at play.I know it must be difficult working the graveyard shift, but as a longtime Quiktrip customer, the disregard for guest satisfaction was egregious. I don't know what happens in terms of store management training, but at least in this case, there needs to be significant internal reflection. I spend hundreds of dollars every single month purchasing gas at QTs across the DFW area, but this interaction has seriously made me unwilling to spend another dime at their stations.

Free air! Had a low tire and pulled in to use the air pump only to find it was free. Such a blessing.
