I eat cheese, grapes & pretzels each night. 01/01/25 the clerk on duty refused to go in back to get them! She acknowledged having them but said morning shift would put them out. The normal clerk, Justin, would've definitely went above & beyond to be sure I had them, as me & my daughter are regulars. Also, there were NO pretzels! 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ I hate when he's off because the stand ins are trash!!!👎🏾

The service was great. She was friendly. The problem was the incredibly expensive cost of tobacco there. I couldn't believe it when she said they were $11 a pack! That's the most expensive price anywhere I've been. Just up the street I can get 2 packs for $16. QT used to have some of the best prices. Not anymore.

I like to grab coffee before going to work but coming to this location is always a waste of my time they're usually always out of their creamer and when you ask for it to one of the employees it's like you're asking for a miracle you have to literally wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to go and grab creamers. Not once have I encountered an employee that doesn't seem upset because I want creamer. I work in Irving and lately I just go straight to irving and stop at the location on Oconnor they are always in stock and seem happy there. Every time I give this location a try I regret it.

I went to this location tonight to grab a case of beer. Unfortunately I grabbed my expired id and the girl at the register refused to serve me. At this point I could see this being okay and I accept it but when my wife went in to purchase with her id she refused her as well saying she knew it was for me. Needless to say my wife is 35 and I’m 38 which makes no sense for her to refuse our service. I ended up finding my id and went back into the store to purchase the beer. However I’m the phone with my sister complaining about what happens and as she is ringing me up and I paid for it. She grabbed my beer from the register and refused to give me the beer because she said I was being disrespectful. I don’t give a damn if I'm explaining something to someone else and you get your feelings hurt because of it. Im filing racial discrimination. The fact that I paid for it and she through money on the counter is not refund.

I normally come to this location with a positive experience with the exception of my last 2 visits. The cashier with Red glasses chose to ignore me while staring me in my face and taking other customers before me as they came through the door. The first time I believed it was a mistake, but this time when she asked her coworker to come off the floor and help me out when there was no one else in her line. She complemented my outfit after my transaction was done with her coworker, which gave me knowledge that she knew exactly what she was doing. Her name tag was well hidden by hair and not exposed. Otherwise, I would have included that detail. Her reactions and attitude was very unprofessional yet I will not let this detour me from the location that usually I have positive experiences.

The hubs enjoys getting gas at this location. They tend to have pretty good gas prices and the station is fairly clean.The only downs in my opinion are small but matter. The machines tend to not have receipt paper. Small? Yes, but some of us need the receipt.When gas is out or the pump isn't working, they don't always place a yellow bag over the pump handle. Doing so would tell ALL customers the pump is out of order. Instead customers have to walk to the door where a small sign is posted.Small, but experience matters.

This qt was pretty nasty. It’s not the standard for what I feel like QT looks like. Trash everywhere nothing stocked every drink and ice out. The counters were dirty.
