QT has gone down tremendously,in general! New coffee bar splatters coffee everywhere and is always being closed for cleaning! Men’s restrooms are always filthy,no toilet paper and the soap QT uses is a joke!!

I'm regular customer at QT but, this gas station is very clean. I check bathroom OMG! IS so clean and smells so good! Love to see this place in great condition. Spoke to cashier Nevae she provides a excellent service. I give her a complement and Thanks her to keep this place so clean 👌 🙌 Thank you Team. Me as lyft driver I always pick and only this gas station because is Safe, clean and good quality of food and drinks. Thank you all 😀 Definitely keep coming back to you Station.

Beware of theft! Early morning african american lady J...... Short changed me $10. I prepaid $40 gas with a $100 bill. I received one $20 bill, 2x $10 and x1 $5 and x5 $1s which comes out to $50 (+40 gas) is only $90. Usually at QT when I buy $40 gas~ I get 3 twenties as change, not a mess of bills intended to confuse. When I mentioned it to her and showed the change before leaving the store, she denied it. I did not have time to bicker and took the loss as a patient had an emergency and I had to rush to the hospital as I was on call. Will not return.

Stopped in to get a large iced tea to take to work. ALL the teas were empty and I was informed they had all just been dumped. It was only 9pm.

Their frozen coffee machine is always broken They still have them sitting there with nothing in them.It's been like that for months.

Usually good staff & drinks. The customers could be more polite, but reason for 3 stars is I watched attendant cleaning while I was getting gas. Used old dirty windshield water & Squeegee to clean off pump handles! Come on QT disinfecting wipes protects your customers! You can do better!

While the staff is friendly and they do their best to show the store is clean and it very much is a clean store as are all the QT's. But in all fairness all the stores could really use a remodel.

I'm a huge fan of the pineapple papaya Green tea. I have noticed a trend lately where the sweetened tea actually has no tea in it. It's just sugar water. Brewing tea isn't that difficult.

I had to use the restroom it was being cleaned. I asked the lady if I could use it I had to go to the restroom very badly. I am in my mid-60s with health problems. She refused to let me use it. I had to wait for her to finish mopping the floor and take out the trash. I feel like they could have been more considerate being this was a health problem for me. And was very painful. Whatever happened to the customer service. It sucks here.
