Worst QT location! If you're a traveler just know the signs on Hwy 20 are deceiving! This location is not on a service road or easy to access!
Once you're there the store is the same as the others. Nice, clean, and well stocked, etc.
It's just the ease of getting back onto Hwy 20 West, it is a nightmare with the construction. The turn light on Little Road is a blinking light and good luck getting thru it during rush hour.
If and when you can finally get on the service road headed towards 20 West, the signs aren't labeled correctly. So if you miss the 287 North ramp you are forced to go to Sun Valley which has a ridiculously slow light.
So good luck! Don't use this location if you're wanting a quick restroom and snack break.
The City of Arlington needs to be notified of the left turn light at the Little Road and Underpass. I saw almost 3 potential accidents waiting for the light. Never Never Again!

5 stars for the staff/store, but can yall please shut down your air pump until yall update the hose attachment? After attempting to pump air for maybe 5 seconds, I guaged it again and it went from 20lbs to 12...so it's basically doing the opposite of its job. Dudes at discount tire down the road are saying a lot of your customers are having to go from QT directly to DT to replace lost air.

I come here almost daily for a soda. As of 8/16, their entire soda fountain has been down for about three days. This is not the first time.

Came for 24/7 bathroom and hot dogs. Friendly person at the counter. Another employee returned my phone. It was at the chili cheese machine apparently. This happened today 2:44 am December 26. Thank you!

Very lousy and despotic customer service. They sell electric cigarettes and they don't want to let you try it if it works or not. On top of that, a young, corpulent girl who claims to be the manager of this very despotic place, she doesn't have the best way to deal with With a client he tells me that if I try it he will call the police. When I also ask him if I can try it outside and it doesn't work, I will go back and change it? and her answer is Nooo. So what??? I think they should analyze customer service with this manager as she says. Since if they sell food and you cannot try the said cigarettes, they should look for at least a method or an alternative. in the best way and response to the customer or that they do not sell them there.

The location was fairly clean and the staff was friendly as well. They also were willing to help me fill up the van with gas and I didn't have to wait for the clerk to come help me at all. She was so nice.
