The store manager ASSUMED the clothes had been worn. There were fuzz balls on the clothing from other items purchased. She would not accept the return. The tags were on and it had only been tried on, it was within less than 5 days from purchase. Pure discrimination.

I understand unforeseen circumstances, but once known the issue should be remedied, especially if it’s a health hazard. No AC and it’s incredibly scorching hot in the store. It’s a health hazard to have this store opened under that heat much less have employees working through it. Absolutely terrible!

I usually never leave a bad review any where! But I had a horrible experience with the supervisor at this location, I don’t know her name but she is a Hispanic lady with glasses!! She was mad because I had a return! Worst customer service I’ve ever received any where!! Their fitting rooms are always closed because they don’t want to open them! I’m thinking because they don’t want to do the work! I had to return few items because they didn’t fit! If they had the fitting room open, I wouldn’t have to return anything. She did not take my return items because supposedly I had wear the items! But obviously I had to try the clothes on. Worst experience ever!! She was so mad for no reason!!

They refused to let me in even though it's 6 minutes before they close. I just needed to do a refund and explained I won't be in this area tomorrow and they STILL refused to let me in. I will be sending this footage to corporate.

Well I pull up to this rainbow in Arlington and it said 11am to open however it’s 11:05 am and the store is still closed and lights off no one has shown up at all SMH……Not good at all period
