This has been the worst banking experience I’ve had in my life! They are holding my own money hostage and the contact center is no help at all! I have to pay a bill ASAP and no one cares at all! I will be closing this account soon! This bank is still running on ancient times! Get with the program! Navy Federal would never!

I had a great experience at this branch! Jerry and Shelly were great. Jerry made me feel valued as a customer and he introduced me to Shelly who really helped me understand my options when it comes to saving and investing. I’m happy I visited this branch. I really like and trust this team!

My husband and I went to open a business account and Mrs. Staats was great. She helped us get a good plan and just an all around sweet person. Recommend going here and chatting with Mrs. Staats.

Do not use this bank..horrible system. This bank is so slow. 10 days hold when you deposit a small check . Never seen a bank this slow..will close this bank out after they released my money. Phone rep is rude.

Don't do business with this bank!! Regions bank financed our car a few years ago. They lost a $2,000 payment we made. They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.

Never have had a problem before, until they accidentally deposited 13,227 dollars in our account that wasn’t mine or my husbands over the weekend. Was going to call Monday to get it resolved and the money was gonna.I just feel the bank should notify there customers ANYTIME they access mine or anyone’s account.

I’m tired of trying to get through on the phone so let me say it here: your drive through ATM is not working correctly. I have had NO trouble in the past, but today it keeps rejecting cash unless I put it in one by one. Please take care of this issue. I didn’t have time to put them all in separately and there was another customer behind me in line whom I did not want to keep waiting. I was unable to make the deposit because of this issue.
