If I could give you a negative 3 I would the service with your company is garbage!!! I tried to give this company one more time because my last Eleuthera you was horrible but I tried it again anyway. I ordered a couch that I never received but you tried to charge me $170.00 today for something I never received and when I called I got a I will call you back after I find your signed documents that was a week ago I’m still waiting on that call !!! Get better customer service people . I plan on writing a yelp and google review about your horrible business practices!

My family rents from rent a center, and they are so happy with it- my mom says more people need to know about it so i’m leaving a review. we just got new couches and the guys were so nice- we have a puppy and he liked james but he didn’t like the other guy but the other guy was nice too lol he wasn’t mad at our dog and he just stayed calm. thank you guys for delivering our couches they were so heavy and my mom said james is the manager at Rent a center and it was cool to see him out in the field with his workers getting down. sometimes managers don’t like working but you can tell james is a good manager and he does all the jobs which makes him a good boss. the neighbors came over and loved the new couches. thank you rent a center! thank you james and the guy from the other store.

At first Rent a center, treated me so kind, I don't know what happened, I paid my bill on time every Month, They started to talk to me so rudely on the phone, I got some paper in the mail from them, saying I could use it for credit, on my next purchase, no one would help me with that, so I couldn't use it, They never let me get out the bed early enough, they calling me, Didn't understand the call, when I never miss a payment, I would be better off just save and go buy whatever I want. Can't handle your job, It's not for you. I didn't deserve that bad treatment.

Roe was truly Amazing!!! I can’t express how welcome I felt through out the entireProcess of finding the perfect couch .. she walked me through the store discuss every couch I had in mind I LOVE HER ! And will be returning back for more items !

We’re in a pandemic. My hours at work we’re cut due to covid and I needed a payment extension. They told me I could only get some help if I was unemployed. ( I get unemployment for the percentage of income I’m missing ). They don’t care. The manager is Very rude. If you call to talk to corporate, you won’t get through. They only have 4 district managers.. in the US ! They threaten criminal prosecution. They literally call 15 times a day. If they had a more compassion and at least acted like they cared for their customers, it could go a long way. I don’t recommend. I don’t want the hundreds of dollars I put into this to go to waste. If I didn’t care, I’d go to the store & throw it at them.
