I went to the Arlington Texas location for my fabulous Living room suite. I was able to customize my package( tables out of pocket but worth it!!!) but explained thoroughly how things work. My payment plan was next to nothing!!! I now have the heavenly home of my dreams! Please talk to Kenneth when you go there! He was very transparent about all the process. I was a first time new furniture buyer and he made feel safe and never tried to push me into anything. A kind and respectful salesman. I’m going back for my dining room suite next through him only…. Thank you Kenneth.

The delivery service absolutely sucks, I arrange my day , and canceled meetings and work to be ready for the delivery window that we confirmed twice, they are late over 2 hours and I still haven’t got my order , I will never buy again here

We shopped in the RTG kids/teens section. Ask for Veronica Bakker. She's OFF on Wed & Fri. She won't waste your time. She's very knowledgeable and courteous. No high pressure sales. Professional and patient. We had visited other stores and couldn't find just the right style. Veronica was able to offer us 0% financing! Just show her your ID and she'll submit a line of credit request on the spot. I'm a senior citizen and I know a good deal when I see it. Thanks Veronica & Thank you RTG.

Great store experience with Murphy when purchased my living room set, but the set was not available at store and he had to order online. He and his manager told me that since this was a not available in store once it’s delivered you have two weeks to return if it is something you didn’t expect. The set was delivered on April 8th and I called them to return and or exchange it on April 20th. The associate whom I spoke with told me you only have 48hrs to cancel or return. When I asked to speak with the manager who told me you have two weeks because we don’t have it in store and you buying online, this manger started telling me that I am no longer in two weeks window and they can’t do anything. You will have great experience at the time of purchase but once the deal is closed, everything they told you is a lie. Extremely upset about the after sale experience with them and this will be my last purchase from rooms to go. I am posting this for public awareness from my experience and will share with friends and families to avoid Rooms To Go.4/23/2024 update: I sent an email in response to Rooms To Go comment below, they said the exact same thing and refused the return and simply apologized that our store manger miss-communicated. Again, avoid these scammers.
