TERRIBLE! LESS THAN ONE STAR! Furniture delivered in the dark on January 3, 2024 with a power adapter broken for the power reclining couch. Today is January 17, 2024 still no adapter delivered. Made several phone calls to very RUDE employees in the warehouse and there is no sense of urgency to get this resolved. I was finally told that it could take up to 90 days to get the part delivered. Bought the extended warranty, paid extra for all the stuff and no one seems to care. HEY ROOMS TO GO, I NEED MY POWER ADAPTER. The ONLY saving grace with this entire ordeal was customer service representative Donna Booth. She is fantastic, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Better hang on to her and give her a raise.

I visited Rooms to Go with my Mom. She bought a new very comfortable mattress on sale from Felix and was told she has 90 days to return for any reason. The mattress she received was not what she bought. It's hard as a rock. She returned after 20 days and was told she has to wait until day 30. We returned on day 30 and were told different than what Felix told us - that we have to wait until 30 days from the date of delivery, not sale. We dealt with Kerry and Norma. Kerry said that Felix must have lied because they will not swap out the mattress if it's still too hard after 30 days. Instead, he tried to tell us that thousands and thousands and thousands of people had laid on the mattress in the store and that my 76 year old Mom who has had back surgery should walk on the mattress to break it in. They insisted on sending a technician out ten more days from now to see if the mattress is defective, but if he can't find an actual defect, other than it being hard as a rock and a different mattress than what she bought, they won't do anything about it. Be very careful buying from this store as whatever you think you're buying may not be what's delivered.

I learned a $99.99 lesson - don't trust the salesman or store. The salesman added items to the sale that I did not ask for, $500.00 worth, which included $400.00 in "protection warranty" and a $99.99 cent rugpad. I chased the salesman for a week, calling regularly. He supposedly went home sick on one of the days, so I finally drove to the store. The salesman told me he was in the back, and they paged him but he hid from me. I learned then that the store had a no-return policy, and there was nothing he could do about it. I had to laugh to myself because it was a great lesson to READ THE RECEIPT before you pay, EVERY LINE, especially with Rooms-To-Go. This was the Arlington store and in 15 years, I never had a problem with them and outfitted my home with products. I was going to put the saleman's name down, but he was probably doing as he was taught. I believe this to be likely since the store did not give me any assistance other than to say, "go talk to the salesman." I had great luck with a fellow named Stephen Chong, he had been great so you might want to ask for him. This review is one of around 3,000 for this store. If you happen to read it, learn from my experience.

Had a terrible experience with the team here. Displayed item was different from what I got and they were unwilling to help. Came in and I was charged delivery fees without my knowledge. Will be giving the team another chance to see if they keep their word about it dropping off and it's the only way they were able to place the order for the exchange. On the other hand, glad I was able to escalate this and get it resolved. Shoutout to Zoe from the Social media team for helping me resolve the issue

I went in to buy a mattress and living set, I absolutely loved everything i saw. I highly recommend Adeel as your go to person. He took his time to show us around different sofas and mattresses and explained everything in good detail and helped us in what we needed so thank you so much ❤️

I have purchased from Rooms To Go in the past with no problem. I purchased a king size bed and dresser and it came in my home damaged. The first delivery the dresser had stains as if something had been wasted on it and the head board was scratched. The replacement came a week later and one drawer was discolored and one drawer was broken at the bottom. The replacement headboard never made it into the home the delivery guy told me it was scratched worst than the one I currently have and showed me the picture. I called customer service and I was advised they will send a replacement headboard next week and will have the two drawers overnighted but if they are not in stock it can be 90 days. I was also advised that they can only replace or repair and I can’t return for my money back. If I get the 3rd replacement and it’s damaged I’m going to personally deliver the furniture back to the Arlington location where I made the purchase. No one tried to expedite the 3rd delivery or anything. I expected more from Rooms To Go for the price I paid. I am a very disappointed customer. Oh I forgot to mention that the part where the headboard is screw’s together of off track and need to be fixedI finally received a headboard that was not damaged last week after the 3rd replacement.Today 4/12 would have been my 5th replacement on the dresser but when the delivery guys pulled it out the box 2 of the legs were broken. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost 2 months now. For this to be a big well known company it’s totally trash and not worth dealing with. ??♀️??♀️

Excellent service as always. We have purchased furniture from the location on Cooper St for over 13 years with no issues. During this purchase Luis assisted us. No high pressured sales and great explanation of the warranty coverage. We will shop this location again.

The furniture is beautiful. I will say that.But, I purchased a couch but had to deny the delivery when it came (my fault couch was too big to fit inside my home) so I called the store to see if I could either get a refund or exchange the couch for something smaller and get the difference returned if the new one was cheaper. The sales rep that initially sold me the couch lied to me on the phone and didn’t even document that he spoke to me. He told me I could get a refund or pick out a different couch. He never once said anything about the new piece of furniture having to be of greater value than the original piece (I already paid over $1100 for the first one) and never mentioned anything about having to pay an additional 20% restocking fee from the couch. He said I could just come in and pick a new couch and not pay anything extra. So buyers beware there is an automatic 20% fee on exchanges, refunds, etc. and beware that some sales reps (not all) will lie to you and not even document anything about speaking to you. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Unless you have never had issues with them before (that’s good for you. I wasn’t so lucky)

Veronica was great with helping my daughter pick out her bed. She walked us through everything. She wasn't pushy like most sales. She spoke directly to my daughter making her feel like it was her choice at picking her bed. We left the store feel good about the bed we purchased. If you want a get experience ask for VERONICA!!!

I am very disappointed with Jimmy “the Manager” at this location he was really rude with the way he treated his employees and customer’s. He was disrespectful with the way he spoke to his employee in-front of us. Jimmy did not handle himself professionally and would not come back to this location.Robert was a great salesman! He was patient and allowed my husband and me make the right decision without pressure. He was thorough in detail and helped me with a selection that was within my budget. I am very pleased with my purchase thanks to Robert.

I was so excited to have the convenience ordering online and delivery. The day arrives with poor communication. Drivers didn't call me, a third person calls from who knows where she is staying they are there can't wait any longer even tho it's been under the 15 minute period. Please walk away, pay the extra order elsewhere.
