Worst Salvation Army store I have ever been to. The prices on EVERY piece of furniture is ridiculous. $200 Minimum on every dresser. They aren't even name brand or anything special and every piece is outdated. $60 on one side table so $120 for both and horrible damage. 10 of the same circle mirror approx 25" all $50. More like greed than salvation. Take your money elsewhere.

I love shopping here and usually find something. However I noticed the prices have increased quite a bit on many things. Not sure I’ll be coming around as much. If you catch the discounts you may be able to get something at a decent price. They have alot of nice furniture if that’s what you’re looking for. The employees here are always working hard and very friendly to customers. I only gave 4 stars due to the prices going up too high. Otherwise its a pretty organized store with friendly staff. And Salvation Army is a good cause.

I scheduled a pick-up online which I highly recommend NOT to do, at my storage location. The supervisor Todd and his employee showed up. Todd was not personable and had a bad attitude. They treated the nice furniture items I donated like trash. They left items outside on the ground that they couldn't take. I had to physically move them back into my storage. I feel bad for the families who have to shop here because they don't care about the items that they are selling to the customers. I still believe in the Salvation Army mission but not this location or their pick-up service.

Courtesy calls need to be courteous. We have donated to Mission Arlington steadily over the last year and decided to call Salvation Army for our latest pick-up. I was told they accepted computer and antique desks. Our scheduler called to tell us they would not accept desks of any kind today, which was fine. I did not, however, appreciate how the caller made it sound like the rest of our pick-up would be inconvenient to them. We ran into this problem last time when we donated new rugs and the interaction at our household was similarly unpleasant. If you don't want your items resold and want them to genuinely be charitable, please consider Mission Arlington.

Complete and total waste of time. Very difficult to get to, although that is not their fault. The road is under construction making the businesses hard to get to. The store is nice and very large. They had mostly clothing, a fair bit of furniture and a small amount of housewares, toys and misc. But the prices were ridiculously high. I saw a kitchen gadet that was not new but it had its box, they had it marked over $29 but it was obviously from Walmart and the retail price was printed on the box was $14.98. Men's shirts averaged $7.99 for worn to very worn looking. Some nicer condition items were $9 - $10. Non name brand jeans for women were $10.99 and up. Badly worn couches for over $300 a stained mattress for $249. What's worse is everything in the place was donated it was all free to them. I've never been to A Salvation Army store that has such ridiculous prices. Whoever is responsible for setting the prices right doesn't know or doesn't care that it's supposed to be a thrift store.

Rude staff! Older lady with shoulder length blond hair yelling at guest to leave the store saying the store is close without regard of people who are just walking in the store understandable to lock the doors at 6pm but to yell and make everyone leave beyond unprofessional

Super organized and pretty clean, but kinda over priced for the furniture used items. The sale items were better priced. Loved the music they had playing!

The salvation army store has some great items but some of them are a bit high priced. These are donated items but some bits of furniture are in the 300.00 dollar price range.

Overpriced and they don’t categorize the clothes by size. However, they do have a large selection of furniture.

This place has become horrible as far as prices go. Nothing is cleaned or tested to justify a high price point. Staff are clueless about the inventory or customer service
