They are really organized. They have everything where they are. But they just sometimes don't have all the things I need. And staff is really good and helpful too.

very rude customer service, the employee with the scarf threw my item across the counter and has a very nasty attitude, and one of her coworkers made a very unethical statement, they definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

This has to be the worst Sephora I've been to. Very unprofessional staff, not helpful at all. They need to step their customer service up like the workers at Ulta.

The staff was really cool and friendly even when it was super late. They helped me find some amazing products and they had the the skincare product i needed in the right size as well as amazing perfume choices :) I hope they expand their selection of men’s colognes so i can keep coming back even more often

Great experience. I went on a busy Saturday and was helped by one of the MUA named Norah. She matched me perfectly and she was so friendly. I was ignored by couple other staff members before she help me, so I was very thankful. I don’t know how to pick out makeup but I had a party this past weekend and my makeup that she helped me get made me look and feel so pretty. Thank you sephoras
