I have found my new hair salon! I, previously, had been going to the same hairdresser for over 20 years, and as such, am very picky about how I like my long, wavy hair cut. The location is easily accessible, off of the frontage road of 161. Upon entering, I was greeted by the owner (I believe), Danny. I was greeted by name as I had made an appointment. Rocky, my stylist, also greeted and welcomed me. I was sat down immediately and asked about what I wanted for my hair. Rocky listened thoroughly and asked good, pertinent questions about how I care for my hair and what I wanted. He did a nice wash after and gave me a beautiful cut. He understood my hair texture, what I wanted, and executed a beautiful hair cut to capitalize on my long, wavy/curly hair. We also had great chitchat. I will definitely be back as I believe I have found my new, long-term hair dresser.

Awesome, Shadwicks is the second bussiness that I walked into the morning that I moved to Grand prairie. Julie Miller is absolutely an amazing person shes funny , thoughtful and has a very sweet side to her. Not to mention gives one heck of a haircut . She made me look 10 yrs. younger which is no easy task. As for the others, Angie live right across the street from me and I think that Rocky and Danny are a couple of old rock stars in hiding! All of them made me feel right at home , made me laugh like I've known them all my life . If I ever move away It gonna have to be a really lone way off for for me not to go to ShadwickS!!! Thanks guys!

I love Julie!!! I’m so glad that my brother stumbled into the salon! She is my forever hair stylist!! She is amazing at what she does and pretty funny to boot! I have recommended everyone to Shadwick’s!!

Discriminates BIG TIME against handicap people!!! View people in wheel chair as a "liability". Will only take business if client can put themselves in the seat at the shampoo sink. They also don't know how to use their sinks in their own salon. They get people soaked to their underwear and think it's funny. Very disappointed in this place. Followed my hair dresser of 5 or more years there, now have to find new beautician too!!

THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE! PERIOD! I love Rocky and Danny so much! They truly care about their clients! The other stylists and technicians appear to have a high quality clientele following as well. Very professional. You are treated like family (the ones you like!), with lots of laughter, care, and respect. They've been in business over 30 years, so you know you're getting the BEST in the industry. Enjoy the experience of how amazingly beautiful/handsome you will look when you leave their salon!
