Does not honor the discount or pricing in the Shell Fuel Rewards program. WHY EVEN HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO HONOR THE DISCOUNT? Conveniently, the manager just left when I asked to speak with them. Uh huh. Sure they did. It’s 3:30 PM. Was it time for their nap???? Or are you just dishonest and won’t follow the rules and discounts in the Fuel Rewards loyalty program?
Also does not print a receipt at the pump so you have to go back inside for a receipt.

Never prints out your receipt, most people claim gas & need their paper receipt. Will be going to a different station for now on. Very inconvenient

I would have preferred to give no stars. The customer service was horrible the items were definitely over priced. This place was dirty and the owner seemed to very inhospitable.

crab has black cancerous dots on out side of the shell . They saw that it had that still cooked it amd still served it . Did not.offer refund....

The service was extremely slow and unorganized. The food was served to the table one or two plates at a time and all of the fries were cold and had to be reordered. The way the food came out of the kitchen, everyone ate their meal at a different time ranging from five to twenty minutes apart. The appetizers (alligator) was served after the main course. The gumbo came with no rice and was reordered(another delay) The room in which we were seated, looked like it was under construction and desolate.The waiter was trying very hard to deliver, but he said there was a problem in the kitchen..with all of this going on, not once did the management come by to offer a word of consolation or apology. I do not recommend this place and will not return.

First time the server we had was very helpful with menu very courteous and friendly always came and asked if everything was okay I love the atmosphere
