Whoever they got answering the phones up there was extremely rude to me for no reason- said I sound like im on drugs because I just wokeup. I didn't even say anything rude to provoke her. Sounded like a raspy overweight girl. She got scared when I asked for her name & hungup the phone. Weird.

While trying to refill my vehicle here, the price of regular unleaded gasoline at a listed price but after putting my card in and getting ready to fuel up, the listed price was $.30 more expensive than what I thought I was going to pay. When this was brought to the attention of the gas station attendant, there was no resolution even though they witnessed it themselves. All I saw them do was physically hang up the pump and that’s it. No refund of the difference between what was advertised and what was actually charged. A last minute price change like that could scam people out of Alot of money if the course of the year…

TL;DR: The pump charged me for premium instead of regular unleaded, and the price kept fluctuating, which seemed scammy. The attendant refused to refund me, was rude and condescending, and told me to dispute it with my bank. Untrustworthy gas station—don’t go here!
I had an incredibly frustrating and suspicious experience at this gas station. I selected regular unleaded, which was priced lower than premium, but the total came out much higher than expected. After checking my receipt, I saw I was charged the premium price. I inspected the pump and noticed the price kept fluctuating, which seemed highly irregular and scammy.
I went inside to speak with the attendant, who was dismissive and insisted I must have made a mistake. I asked him to come out and check the pump. Even after my passenger and I pointed out the issue, he continued to condescend and act as if it was impossible. Once he finally acknowledged the pump was malfunctioning, he didn’t apologize and seemed more annoyed than concerned. He said he’d take the pump out of commission but offered no explanation or reassurance.
When I asked for a refund, he refused. He claimed it would come out of his paycheck and told me to dispute it with my credit card company instead. His unapologetic, rude attitude made the entire situation even worse. The fact that I was overcharged due to the pump’s malfunction and then refused a refund feels outright scammy.
I do not trust this gas station. Between the pump issue, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to issue a refund, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Avoid this place if you value your money and don’t want to deal with shady practices.

Employee sees me with my Google pay app open on the counter. Prints lotto tickets and then asks if I have the physical card. I didn't because my wife had it he proceeds to tell me I can buy lotto tickets that without the physical card. (Just bought the same amount at easy store via Google pay) which is fine. Ring up my other items then and I will pay and leave.
As I'm walking put he has a attitude because now he has lotto tickets that needed payed for.(not my fault)
I say don't have an attitude with me because your system won't accept the sale. Dude continued to run his mouth. Very unprofessional. I used to be in this store multiple times a day but it has gotten worse and worse. I won't be returning. The lack of management is a joke.

Such an unpleasant young woman that talks horrible about customers right in front of you. Unprofessional, clustered, slow, extremely rude, and those women were just the worst. Don’t deal with it they need to learn how to talk to customers.
