Am not one to usually leave reviews that are negative. When I arrived at the store, there were three people behind the counter. One guy was helping a customer call out paint which was cool, but there were two other people that did not acknowledge me for more than 15 minutes. I know they were mixing paint but they could’ve looked up and said hey somebody will be with you, but nobody said anything. It took me catching a guy that was walking from the warehouse into the store. Ask him to give me the paint that I needed. Customer service was not that great for a big store and I expect more from this company.

I'm so happy with the receive here y'all!! Larry was so helpful and friendly! I was trying to color match some paint on my house from years ago. He gave me the paint color sample thing ( idk what it's called! ?) so I had a way better chance of a match. Y'all need 3 more Larry's!

My hubs and I have had good experiences at this location. The team is helpful when asked. It's a paint store so I would anticipate a more proactive approach since it's a specialty store.The staff will point you in the right direction so you're not purchasing paint that won't work with your project. They also think of other products you may need to complete your task.Overall, consistent solid visits.

This is Texas, and this store is HOT. They don't want old fat women buying paint. The sales girl was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store was clean. But it was HOTTER THAN YOU KNOW WHAT! The AC was blowing, but not enough. The 2 staff members and my husband were sweating, it wasn't just me. A skinny lady came in for light teal blue paint, she started sweating, she left. We did buy primer for our new unfinished cabinets. I'm finding a new location.

Outstanding customer experience at the right price. Color matching was perfect based on existing paint on house. If you want the correct paint with outstanding customer service the Sherman Williams is the place to go. You guys rock!!! :)

No one in the store wants to help with stain colors. Online is so hard to navigate. I want to see the colors on things. You have a visual aid but homeowners can’t get access. I won’t be painting my walls with Sherwin Williams paint!!!!!!!!

Ivan was extremely helpful when answering my questions about the type of paint I would need for my many projects. He was personable and fun too! I went during their interior paint sale. Very happy customer.
