Inaccurate descriptions of unit online. I signed up for an account controlled unit online. Only for me to arrive to a location with only non-ac controlled units. Location was dirty with littered trash

David at Public Storage (77825) made my transition from a larger unit to a smaller one seamless. He went above and beyond over the phone, taking the time to walk me through each step of the process to ensure I saved both time and money. His level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate his care, professionalism, and dedication.

David was very helpful with rental agreement and was on peak performance, getting a unit took no more than 15 minutes and had immediate access. Greeted with a smile, and units were spotless and clean, no elevators or stairs and temperate control available. An experience only a professional could give.

They cut my lock off in June lost the keys to the lock. I filled out paperwork for the lock to be cut off on the 31 of July it’s 8/6/2025 the lock is. Still on there. No one is never in property the district manager still haven’t called me after me requesting a call .. Customer service is crap. Please don’t rent here
