Had a great experience at this store, I was impressed by the professionalism of a Team member, her name is Maria. Never thought buying a mattress would be so easy. Thought buying a bed would be hours of looking but Tony knows his stuff and found the right bed and put together a great deal for us. If you need a mattress, pillow or bed frame then Tony Martinez is the man!

Really enjoyed working with KJ and Tony. They helped us stay on budget while getting us the best mattress for our needs. I have chronic pain and my husband has a very physical job as a CNA and they got us hooked up with an amazing mattress that will help us both tremendously. Go to this store!

KJ is fantastic! We were immediately impressed with the overall store, and the warm welcome from the team members. The Expert Match experience is like nothing I've ever seen and truly made the search for the right mattress much less daunting than I expected.Even when there was a bit of a rush during the process, we still felt like KJ, and her team, were fully plugged in to our individual experience. I wish I would have known about this store sooner, but we are now loyal customers of KJ and Sleep Experts from now on and will continue to recommend them to people we know.

This review is going to be short and simple and it is regarding Tony. I had been researching online for a mattress for about a month. I had an idea of what type of mattress and base I wanted. I wasn't able to or did I want to go to store after store. After some issues with reaching "their" website I called and spoke with Tony. I didn't want to talk with a sales person because I did not want to do the traditional sells process, I just wanted to get to their website, unfortunately that wasn't going to happen.Tony tried to get me to come in and I explained that I wasn't able. To keep this short, if you are ok with the negotiations process with someone who wants to sell you a mattress, but also cares about you, wants to truly earn your business, and provides EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, then in my opinion, you will NOT find a better person than Tony!!
