Had this bed for 2 yrs never had a good sleep. Horrible customer service, they wont help at all and if they need to come out to check your bed out you need to pay them to come to your home. Horrible product and customer service. I had my hip replaced and purchased this bed because I thought it was a great investment but nope! Horrible Horrible investment. So expensive for nothing. Called customer service to see what kind of options they got and well you need to pay just for the tech to come out and check their Horrible product. If I could go back in time. I wouldn't step inside that store.
They're only selling the name not the quality!!

They will charge to have someone out to look at their defective product. Still hating this product. Broken screw on the bottom of the mattress it actually keeps the bed in place, I called and they charge me if I want someone to come out. Really?.
HORRIBLE NAME BRAND, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We've owned several Sleep Number beds and just finished acquiring a new bed at the Arlington TX location. Great friendly service by the Manager Mr. Comfort! Yup that's Taylor's last name - and boy did he deliver!

Absolutely amazing experience,Bri was terrific! We were helped as soon as we walked in the door, and she very quickly helped discuss our options within our budget and price point,and quickly and kindly answered any questions we had. No pressure or pushing,in and out within about an hour with our new smart bed. Would highly recommend this place.

Her knowledge of your product was impressive and she answered all the questions that I had about the product. It was a pleasure to do business with her. I purchased a 360 Climate Control Sleep Number bed from this location, along with the headboard that has built-in speakers and lights—basically all the bells and whistles—less than a year ago. In that short time, I’ve already had to replace two parts.
The sales experience itself was excellent, but I strongly recommend that anyone considering a Sleep Number product, especially the 360 climate bed, ask as many questions as possible about the hardware. If the staff can’t answer, push them to get the information. If they’re unwilling, I would not recommend making the investment.
Unfortunately, when it came time for service, the problems began. Both parts I needed replaced are known problem areas (listed in their troubleshooting guides), but getting a tech out was a battle. Sleep Number heavily pushes self-service, even though my medical limitations make that nearly impossible. At one point, they tried to charge me almost $200 for a tech visit—even though I was under warranty.
To make matters worse, the delivery process was sloppy. The movers failed to leave the required plastic plugs (needed if you ever move the bed) and also didn’t put screws in the frame. I discovered this only when I moved and had to track down the missing pieces myself. While the movers later provided screws at no cost, it highlighted a lack of accountability.
Customer service has been inconsistent at best. Out of the five or six times I’ve called, only one representative truly offered great service. Most interactions left me frustrated and disappointed—especially considering the price of this product.
For context, the last bed I owned cost $500 at an outlet. It came with everything—mattress, box spring, headboard, and frame—and lasted seven years without a single issue. I never had to call for repairs, and it was comfortable the whole time. In comparison, I deeply regret “upgrading” to Sleep Number.
While the concept behind the 360 bed may sound innovative, the long-term reality is constant hardware failures, expensive hassles, and unreliable customer service. At first, I recommended this bed to everyone I knew. Now, I find myself telling those same people to avoid it.
If you do choose to buy, be extremely thorough:
• Confirm exactly what pieces should be included with delivery.
• Ask detailed questions about service and warranty coverage.
• Understand that you may have to fight for proper support if problems arise.
Bottom line: This is not a good product for the cost, and the customer service makes the experience even worse. I would not recommend Sleep Number.

I went into the Sleep Number store and was kindly greeted. Taylor took excellent care of me. He took his time to find me exactly what I needed. We explored all the different options of mattresses. He found out what my budget was, my sleeping habits and what I wanted in comfort. He is an exceptional sales consultant. I highly recommend this store and Taylor. Run don't walk if you are looking for a new bed/matress. You will be totally satisfied!
