Was recommended to this place by a coworker. Brought my Altima in to have A/C checked as it wasn't blown cold, just barely cool. The mechanic on duty was dismissive and didn't want to diagnose the issue claiming that the A/C was running fine and he wouldn't be able to get make it run any better. Very lazy service.I took the car to another shop and they determined that the compressor was going out, like I expected.

I was a huge supporter of Mr Son and his operation based on my first experience with him 2 years ago when he put an AC system in my Honda Element for a good price. Since then I have been back with my Kia's and Element for front end work and most recently for help with my oxygen sensors. On my last two visits, I was disappointed to find Mr Son abrasive and unwilling to help or advise me in any way. What happened? Willing to give it one more try, Mr Son.
