I moved my business banking over to this branch, and they have been the most kind professional branch addressed all my concerns when I moved over take care of any concerns. They are great branch for small and big business and I have moved my personal stuff over now as well. I would highly recommend this branch.

Chris Anderson, Diane Jaundoo, and the teller went out to their way to make the entire banking and financial experience really wonderful. Their professional, friendly, honest, and caring about the customer made me feel awesome. As a Omni American Credit Union/ Southside bank for 46 years I feel a strong bond and I am really satisfied with all of my banking needs. Raymond James also satisfies all my investment needs.

Diane J, the assistant branch manager in Arlington at the Arbrook Blvd. location has gone above and beyond to resolve any issue I have had with my account status REPEATEDLY. She has helped me to dispute inaccurate charges that have occurred or provided assistance when verified purchases have been rejected to ensure they will be paid as authorized. The small community banking feel is homily, kind, and so very welcomed. Go see Diane today!!!
