I applied for a personal loan for an RV & had the cash for it the next day since I’m buying from a cash only place. Diane Jaundoo was easy to work with & was very helpful in getting me past the snaffoo I had online with my application. She took my info over the phone & kept me well-informed of my progress in the loan process. I’ve banked with Southside since the early 90’s & I’m very happy with them.

I have been with the Arlington SS Bank for several years & have moved most of my financial activities over to them after over 3 decades with a local credit union. Mark Haseen is a big part of the reason for that. Dianne is right there on the list with him. They have been professional & kindly personal the whole way. Keep up the good work! ??

Southside Bank has completely transformed our perspective on banking. Right from the beginning, they welcomed us as cherished members of their caring family, going beyond the usual customer relationship. What sets Southside apart is their personalized treatment. They know us by name, remember our preferences, and make every interaction feel special and tailored to us. It's not just about transactions; it's about building genuine connections.Even my children eagerly anticipate our visits! The warm reception and the delightful surprise of suckers they receive highlight Southside's commitment to creating a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. However, their excellence extends beyond warm greetings. Southside consistently exceeds expectations by providing guidance and favorable rates that inspire confidence in our financial future. In a world where banking often feels impersonal, Southside Bank shines by treating us like family, just as they would their own. Without a doubt, they deserve a perfect 5/5 rating. If you're looking for a bank that prioritizes your experience, Southside Bank is the clear choice, offering personalized attention and genuine care whenever you require it.

Slow! No one inside the bank and no one in the drive thru. It took over 15 mins to cash a check for under $50 with the driver license and bank card for the name of the person on the check. All forms of ID matched and it was still slow service. Rude young man at drive thru

It was my first and last time. Customer service was very rude and the wait to open a bank account was 25 minutes and I was the only person inside. No good Customer service.

I have been banking with Omni Credit Union which is now Southside Bank, since 1999. The customer service has been excellent. Each employee that I have had interaction with has always been professional and courteous. There was an incident that occurred which required special handling. Ms. Staci went beyond her duties to make sure that I was properly serviced. I bank at the south branch in Arlington, Texas. Ms. Staci, Ms. Dianne, Mr. Mark, Ms. Anna, Ms. Vanessa, and Mr. Jose should ALL be commended for the service they give to the customers that frequent their location. KUDOS to the staff!!!

I love this bank in Arlington! I love Staci, Diane and Mark! Mark is a great customer service person and banker & he has helped since back in the OmniAmerican days. Thank you for having Diane because her customer service skills are great for me and I like her helping me. She helps me even if I haven't asked her for help. Thank you for having Staci. She is my white mother to this black man. Through her kindness she has helped me learn to manage my finances and not have overdrafts all the time like I used to.This is all coming from a disabled man raising 4 kids alone. Thank you!!!!

Unfortunately for convenience purposes I have to go to this branch. A simple withdrawal took Vanessa 25 minutes!! And no it wasn't a withdrawal over 10k Vanessa simply took her sweet time, once I said I was short on time. I have had other not so good encounters with tellers and give them the benefit ofThe doubt. To withdrawal YOUR money be prepared to....spend at least 30min. Present your ID and Debit card (typical). The teller will ask you to take off your mask to show it's actually you. (ok, no problem at all)Make sure your signature on the withdrawal slip matches what ever last withdrawal slip they are matching it up to. If not, you will be asked to redo your slip. Even though your drivers licenses signature matches the 1st and 2nd slip you just signed ?. (I also showed my passport card and another signature ID yet this didn't suffice authenticating)Make sure you know the exact amount of your last deposit (I have a percentage deposited not my entire payroll amount goes into this acct.) aaand NO the exact ACH withdrawal amount for your utility that was your last actual transaction is insufficient. If not for mentioning my employer, I would still be there. I didn't catch the managers name, but she as well needs to brush up on her Customer Service. She asked me "well did you answer her question?"Uhmmmm yeah and then some. I get it you do your job get paid go home, repeat. But do you get paid to give people a hard time??? I've been a customer well over 15yrs. (Since Omni) And have given this branch plenty of chances but today did it for me.

This bank has awful customer service! They will hold your funds without any legitimate reason as to why! To top it all off the customer service agents they have working in the call center “helping”customers is the most horrendous display of customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!

The person who was in charger of my car loan was rude. All they want it was my money and didn’t even bother to help. I’m glad I paid off my car. Employees at this location when they took my payment like o was bothering them.
