I would just stay away from this store. I understand that staff changes, and the competence and work ethic of people vary, but all the experiences we've had at this specific store show a consistent theme of shortcomings.I've encountered three separate incidents at this store, each leading to significant time wasted. My family still goes here due to the distance, but I avoid this store due to consistent issues with poor customer service, misinformation, and the negative experiences my family members have shared. The store's track record of bad reviews doesn't make it any better either.The first incident, which occurred a few years ago, is hard to recall in detail. The second incident, which happened last year, involved being falsely informed in store that they couldn't assist with data transfer to a new phone. Yet, when I called the general customer service line the same day, they confirmed the store should have been able to help immediately. The latest incident today was the worst. We were never informed that our warranty replacement was ready for pick up, when initially placed 3 weeks ago. Then we get a notification today saying our warranty replacement expired even though no notification was ever sent for us to pick it up. We even went to the store earlier in the week but was told it hasn't arrived yet either. After receiving a text about the cancellation of our exchange due to a time limit, I contacted the customer service number this morning. They assured us that the exchange was still possible and could be picked AFTER confirming with a staff member in store. Left work to avoid waiting an extra 1-2 weeks for another phone, but when I arrived at the store I was told a new order was necessary and that we would have to wait another week anyways.

I was originally with Sprint, which merged with T-Mobile. So far, my experience with them has been very good.

I was hesitant to go to this location because of the reviews but I ended up going and I’m glad I did. I had to do a transfer of phones and the person who helped me was, Lorenzo. He was so very patient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. He definitely knows his stuff! Thank you for great customer care, Lorenzo.

Employees are rude and disrespectful to another level when manager isn’t around, blatantly lying and antagonizing customers.Suddenly they all turn into guardian angels when the manager shows up.Complete waste of time

There was a short wait, but the friendly staff helped me pretty quickly. I accidentally left my headphones there, but they had found them and locked them up for me, fortunately.

Ty was awesome! I called trying to find the iPhone 14 Pro Max - 256 Gb, and Ty stated that they had it! & in the color I was looking for! He was very helpful and he answered all the questions we had. Excellent customer service.

Nica and clean. Customer service personnel never looked up. They need training to acknowledge people when they walk in. Especially on Tuesdays ! TMobile Tuesdays...we picking up stuff

I walked in at 615 they close at 8 I was coming to upgrade Ny phone…they only had two workers and it was at least 5 people waiting …horrible service they never got to me I’ve been with T-Mobile since 2016 never have I had service like this…yall need more then two workers near closing
