I have full coverage on my Lincoln MKZ and my brother went to the store in my car got t-boned and they refused to fix it and refuse to go after the other person's insurance to fix it now I'm stuck with a total car that I have to make payments on things to standard they're a SCAM DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!

Their rates are so good because they only provide you with the State minimum requirements. No rental car reimbursement. No PIP... and so on.

Ripped my family off on insurance. Overcharged us for ONE small SUV that is old. Sick of hearing your commercials on how everyone got good deals but us. Liars. Now we're a FORMER customer. Will look elsewhere with a better deal.
