Stopped to get a brow was today ,girl doing nails closest to the door had a bad attitude, I ended up leaving...today July 26 came in few of the staff turned around looked at me turned back around not one asked if I needed help ,it's okay I left to many nail.shops to deal with bad service

I went there for 4 times now with 4 different specialists.
Tried acrylic manicure that they do skillfully with the brush, gel manicure and pedicure. I was satisfied with the service and reasonable prices for all the services along with the cleanness of the tools.

My husband and I did a walk in on a Saturday evening. Let’s just say this is now my husband and I go to nail salon from here on out. Kelly did my services (full set and pedicure) and she was by far an amazing person with great skills. All of the nail techs are professional and great at their job. Everyone’s welcoming and helpful. Thank you Kelly and Star Nails team for being polite, generous, welcoming and helpful. The nail salon was clean and comfortable. Appointments are very much appreciated and you can book your appointment via phone or in person. It’s very easy and accommodating to do that in order for you to get in and out, instead of waiting for a long time. They do accept walk-ins (my husband and I were a walk -in), it was perfect timing for us to get service done (two pedicures, manicure, and a full set). The nail shop is closed on Sundays. I will be going to Stair Nails from here on out. What are you waiting for, go ahead and book your appointment. You won’t be disappointed. Plus, you’ll walk out feeling better than before. Oh, did I mention that the prices are just right! I’ve told everyone to come here to get their pedicures and manicures done.
Requested style: Soft color and that’s it.

My first time @ Star Nails had a pedi and has a nice experience. I went w/ my mother whos in her 80s. She had pedi & mani and I really liked how they took care of mom (Mom walks w/ a cane). We had Holly & Ann. We are new to Texas and we've visit other salons and this is the only place that they actually do great job. We finally found a spot for our monthly pedi and mani.

This is now my go to place here in DFW to get my nails done. I always book with Kelly but all of the nail techs are professional and great at their job. As you can see with my various pictures there are a variety of simple to more complex designs. But as I present different ideas to Kelly, she at least gives it a shot and does her best to recreate something similar. Thank you Kelly!!! And thank you everyone at Star Nails for being courteous, kind, keeping it clean and professional as always!
P.S. If you want it done right, make sure you ALWAYS book an appointment via phone. They do not have a website *if it says they do, it is NOT true*
P.S.S. They do accept walk-ins but it is very, very rare & they're closed on Sundays
