I booked on booking did not say anything about deposit anyway pald deposit got to room 223 turned lights on there had to be about 50 cockroaches running for cover the ice looks like it came from mechanics shop the stairwells smell like urine if you decide to rent from them ask for a walk

Horrible experience I was told by a lady at the desk the online booking I made on motel 6 studio+ motel site was wrong They charge for All animals and the deposit is double! Drove for hours after a long day .I’m a single mother with a child who has a service animal sitting in the car we may have to sleep in.

I'm surprised that a lot of the reviews I've seen here. I'm not sure what people expect, but I think a lot of these reviews are blown out of proportion at least from what I've experienced. I've always been a fan of motel. 6. My son and I use them frequently whenever we travel. I didn't know until December that they even had an extended stay format. We came here for Christmas because we had a issue with in-laws so it worked out perfect. But now I am in need of an extended stay place until around May or June. I first went to extended stay America and looked at a few other places. But believe me when I tell you that if you compare them to this place, you will not find another that even comes close to this studio. 6. Whenever you come home to this place, it doesn't even feel like a hotel. The rooms are spacious. They are clean and the fixtures are much newer compared to the surrounding competitors. At the end of the day, it's nice to come to a place that feels more like home than you would expect. I have a lot of irons in the fire right now and then away from my family for a bit, so things have felt a bit strange, so it's nice to have a spacious, clean, quiet, safe and friendly place to come home to after a long hard days work. I'm sorry that the people in the review section had such an unpleasant experience here. But as far as my experience is concerned, i am very glad that I chose this place to stay temporarily, not just because it's close to work, but because I've really enjoyed the time I've been here so far. I just booked two more weeks and if the situation calls for it I will book two more without hesitation. If anything changes for good or bad while I stay here, I will certainly update this review. But as of now, I have no reason to think that my opinion would change. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an extended stay format, for however, long or for whatever reason. The laundry facilities are new. There is a small workout section and a pretty decent informational kiosk with lots of pamphlets. The lobby is nice, clean and welcoming, and the folks the front desk, especially the manager, are always incredibly pleasant.

Hotel suites are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. I arrived and the gentleman at the front Omar was super helpful. He even upgraded my room after a mix up in booking. I'd recommend this hotel and will be back for sure.

Customer service is horrible! I called and canceled a room and spoke with Sam at the property. She was very difficult to understand. She stated I needed to call Booking.com. I did. I received an email cancellation and stated my room had been cancelled. I see there is charge for the room. I called the property and ask about the charge. Sam stated they were not contacted by Bookin.com to cancel. I explained to him I had emails showing it was canceled. He stated they don't operate by emails, but yet Studio 6 sends me an email that I was a NO SHOW for my reservation. So, I call booking.com and they tried to resolve the issue. They told them the reason I was charged was because I requested a cancellation the day after I was supposed to check in. That doesn't make sense. I asked Sam If I could speak to his manager and he started screaming and told me NO! I continued to ask why and he hung up on me. I told him he has lost my business. Never again will i go cheap! These people are just money hungry. It's not about the customer. Like they say, "you get what you pay for". So true in this instance. Lesson learned. I can imagine how much money they make if this is how they run their business. Stay away from studio 6. There's nothing nice about this place. Especially front desk! Good luck Sam, I hope you get rich soon, because your greed is unbelievable!!

Im still staying here for the moment , this is the best hotel I ever been inside in Arlington, it have a nice view have a lay out couch ,double bed can cook inside ,have a nice bathroom and balcony. I will prefer studio6 on North Watson Road to anyone

I don’t even know where to start. If this is the only place you can afford, bring your own bedding and something to clean with. Otherwise, fork over some extra money and stay at the Double Tree or the Hyatt. They’re both just across the street from this place.This is a budget hotel, so the bar I had set was pretty low, but this place is so so bad. I’m in the room right now, and the smell is nauseating. A mix of urine and dirty kitchen smell. Also, was misled by the girl at the check in counter, and that was very frustrating. I asked for a refund with a cancellation fee, but was told I’d have to “call corporate” when I called the guest services number I was given, I learned Motel 6 and Studio 6 are franchised, and the refund would need to be processed by the front desk. That says it all for me, the owners here want money over customer satisfaction.I have been reading through the reviews over the last 6 months or so, and it’s very amusing to see the generalized “oh we’re sorry for your experience, hope you come back again”Well not me. I will not be back. And I will recommend to anyone who asks me about it, not to stay with this hotel.

Lady stole my money and front desk didn't do anything about it and there's a camera pointing right at the spot but they can't see clearly on the cameras dead roaches in my room big ones at that ..people are very loud at 3a.m they walk the halls all night

The only complaint I have about this place is the lack of concern about the elevator in the back building. My parents are in their 80s, my dad has a heart condition and COPD. They have to walk all the way to the front elevator. My dad had a fall due to this because he was out of breath and lightheaded. This has been a problem and my next step is legal action. The office staff is amazing, especially Omar! He has mentioned the problem to management but they still do nothing. PLEASE GET YOUR ELEVATOR FIXED!!! I also have trouble walking and am sometimes forced to take the stairs and have nearly fallen myself.

AWFUL AWFUL STAY! I went to front desk about a very loud dog next to me about 2 hours after I checked in. With the very thin walls, I couldn’t manage to even close my eyes to TRY and sleep. The last informed me she couldn’t do anything about it. After arguing with her for about 5 mins she decides to call the room occupant that owned the dog. She hangs up the phone and says, “The dog won’t bark anymore.” So after I reply, “ma’am I’m standing right here. I heard her on the phone state no one is there and she’ll handle it WHENEVER she makes it back” (WHENEVER THAT MIGHT BE). I then tell her I understand you get what you pay for, but I can’t stand to do business with LIARS. I asked for my money back so I could go else where& we argued about that for about 5 minutes before she offers to put me in a different room. Highly unprofessional. First room fridge didn’t even come on! Second room I killed a roach& had a very foul odor. I slept in my car that night. DIRTY DIRTY place to stay. Dirty underwear from the last guest in my nightstand. This place needs to be shut down, and my fight for my money back is NOT over.

Unpleasant experience from start. It’s not smelly the hallways are not comforting. The room itself almost decent. Room wasn’t all clean leftovers from previous stay. Very spacious. Not a comfortable sleep because A/C was very noisy very unsatisfying had a lonnnggggg day was looking forward to a peaceful sleep @ least. Bed was ok. Experienced a roach roaming in the cabinet.

It's like an one bedroom studio apartment very roomy.Mr. Omar was very nice and helpful. They have weekly flat rate if you plan on staying longer than a week.Don't park your vehicle along the gas station side.
